2 killed as helicopter crashes into crane in central London

I don't know what you're talking about, I'm just trying to legislate away an obvious problem.

playing coy about the obvious is rather sad.

One of my best friends lives in a block of flats 100m from the site of the accident and saw the whole thing. He was interviewed repeatedly on the BBC yesterday morning. He said that it was very clear that the copter just flew into the crane. The fog was fairly thick at the moment of impact, but cleared quite quickly. He saw the copter plunge to the ground between the road and the railway track and burst into flame. No one suggested terrorist action and it was pretty clear from the first moment that it was an accident. No idea why a helicopter was flying through thick fog at dawn above rush hour London. There will be inquiries.
