Ironic and sad . . .

Authorities in Georgia are searching for suspects in the shooting death of a gun enthusiast and weapons expert who managed a popular YouTube channel showcasing high-powered guns and explosives.

Keith Ratliff, 32, who helped operate FPSRussia firearms channel on YouTube, was found dead inside his Carnesville, Ga., office on Jan. 3 from a single gunshot wound to the head. {Maggie: it was not self-inficted; robbery was not the motive.}

Thoughts?

I'd almost guarantee that it was someone who knew him and whom he trusted. My understanding is that it happened at the plant he worked at and where they build guns they also have restricted access.

His wife gave a brief on camera interview and I wouldn't be surprised to see that she is "a person of interest" in the near future.

BTW, the videos these guys did were top notch entertainment.

I'll reserve my judgment and opinion until more details emerge.

Psst...the guy didn't work at a plant nor was he found in one. He worked out of his home and he was found in the room where he built various attachments like silencers for guns.

...and I'm just going off what was reported.

Obviously one of Bloomberg's crack addicts did it. :lol:

Why are threads like this so emotionally satisfying to the liberals?

Why do people say such stupid crap? No one has shown any indication that they are emotionally satisfied about this, and so far only one person has made it political.

Actually, someone else started another thread on the same subject but with a distinctly different bent.

What a disappointing thing to occur. A friend from mine from school watched his videos all the time.

What a very intelligent thing to say considering no liberal in this thread expressed any kind of satisfaction arising from this incident. I'm sure you read it in your mind.

Just ignore the obvious troll.

I agree it was most likely somebody who he trusted. Just can't believe a stranger could come in and kill him with a single shot while the victim was surrounded with firearms.
It looks like he was caught totally offguard.
