Atty: Hobby Lobby Won't Offer Morning-After Pill

Yes that is a much more interesting and relevant question than your first one.

It's not much of a claim if you say you withhold taxes if you don't actually owe them to begin with.

This is a lie as there is no scientific consensus that a fertilized egg is a person. A fertilized egg can grow into a person, but a fertilized egg has no organs no brain, no capacity to feel or think, etc. At that point it is just two cells.

I don't know what scientists you are talking about, but without consensus they are meaningless, and there is no consensus.

Bring in creationism now. We don't consensus there either.

Yeah, that's most likely the case here. I can't think of too many other explanations, certainly nothing realistic. It also explains why he doesn't want to talk about it.

I don't owe taxes on purpose. Per diem and expense reports are awesome. ;)

Oh ok, I think I understand you now. You're talking about fraud, right?

Sine when is receiving per diem and deducting expenses fraud? Oh, wait, it's not. But, I don't expect you know that. You probably think a "loophole" and a "deduction" are the same thing.

Good for them, people need to be more responsible when having sex. Either you: Have safe sex or only have sex when you want a child. Hobby Lobby shouldn't have to pay for these peoples so-called "mistakes" or "accidents".

Yeah, but for the Libbos, personal responsibility is a thing of the past.

Sorry but that goes for nearly everyone in this country....liberal and conservative alike. Just depends on whose ox is getting gored at the moment as to whether you hear about it.

Ha, yeah you tell that to the auditor:lol: no, falsely declaring you wages to be a per diem is tax fraud, not a loophole. You think you're, like, the first guy to ever think of that brilliant idea?

Apples and oranges.

Not at all. You just don't mind the government collecting for things YOU like and support while complaining about this.

Yeah, but for the Libbos, personal responsibility is a thing of the past.

One only needs to look at the right to see the hypocrisy. They whine about personal responsibility, but have no problem taking federal money (FEMA) when disaster hits their states.

Personal responsibility would dictate you don't live in hurricane prone areas OR you pay for it yourself through insurance and plan ahead.

nope they arent being told to go against their beliefs, they are free to practice their beliefs for themselves all they want.
Theres no violation of their religion at all because their religious freedom does NOT allow them to impose their religions on others outside of the religious realm. They have ZERO authority outside the religious realm in THIS case. No violation at all. The violation is them trying to impose thier religion on others because they ADMITTED making a choice solely based on their religion.

Just like St Lukes hospital couldn't deny visitation rights to husband/wife that were not married per the religion of the hospital. If the owner, ceo, administration of the hospital doesnt believe the couple is married in their religious views they have zero rights to stop the wife/husband from visitation, why? because a hospital has nothing to do with religion and has to play by the same rules as everyone else.

You are using so many analogies to debate the issue at hand that you end up debating the analogoies.

You should stick to the issue at hand, which is that a company is being forced by the government to buy something for a third party which goes against their religious beliefs.

Leftists are terrible at analogies anyway and only leads to their further confusion.

1.) so many? i used one other FACTUAL example, nothing to debate
2.) wrong they are being forced to obey the law and not violate the rights of their employees and not discriminate, HUGE difference
3.) again the analogy i used is factual
