Feds: Help us find this female pornographer, rescue child victim

Federal officials are seeking help from the public to find a woman suspected of producing a child porn video - as well as a young victim who appears in it.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement described the effort as not only one to arrest the woman, who is believed to be in her mid- to late 20s, but also to "rescue the victim," whose identity has not been determined.
At the center of the case is a video that officials say shows the woman engaged in explicit sexual conduct with the victim, who appears to be aged 4 or 5.
Authorities believe the woman lives somewhere in the United States.
A “Jane Doe” arrest warrant was issued for the woman on Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Washington, only the second such warrant obtained by ICE's child-exploitation investigations unit this year.

Years ago, I lived in an upscale community in suburban Chicago, Hinsdale -- a woman was immediately arrested and her children removed when she took film to a Walgreen's to have developed and the staff turned her in. Pornographic images of her own little kids. WTF is wrong with people?

Less than 24 hours after asking for the public's help in identifying and arresting a "Jane Doe" suspected of producing child pornography, federal officials have arrested a suspect and rescued a child who was allegedly shown in an exploitative video.

Corrine Danielle Motley of Okaloosa County, Florida faces federal charges for the production and distribution of child pornography. Motley, 25, was arrested late Wednesday evening by Northwest Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force members and Homeland Security Investigations special agents.

"The quick identification of the victim and suspect in this case demonstrates the power of the press, social media and the general public in helping solve these cases," said John Morton, director of Immigrations and Customs Enforcement. "Literally hours after we asked the public for their assistance in identifying Jane Doe, a tip came in that led to her identification and arrest. There is nothing more satisfying than knowing that, due to these efforts, a child is now safe and her tormentor now in custody."
