Crowder's back was to the thug when he fell. The thug fell to the side of Crowder thereby coming into view.

Except that he isn't propagating a lie.

The guy was a Union thug complicit with trying to take down and damage someone else's property and swung on the guy trying to stop it.

A challenge? He's trying to profit rather than get at the truth. He'd file the charges if it were anywhere near true. The challenge is to cover his ass.

Fox lies. You believe. It's not anyone else's fault but your own. He admitted he was pushing people around. Crowder said it himself. He got what was coming to him. The guy defended himself all over his face and now to not look like a pansy, he offers a challenge to profit from.

When he said the funds that were coming in to identify and prosecute the individual would be donated to to the winners charity of choice? I highly doubt that is him trying to profit.

Firstly, his challenge is to profit himself. It's for notoriety. That is how you get more money.
Secondly, we can all see the truth is that Chowder admitted pushing people around and THEN and ONLY THEN do we see him getting his come uppance.

Ya know you are kinda rude. The "journalist" Crowder doesn't seem interested in pressing charges nor do the police seem interested in perusing. The "journalist" Crowder seems more interested in self promotion than anything else.

Your comments and narrative is delusional as it does not fit the video we saw.
He did not push that guy.
You can clearly see that he pushed the Union thug who was later identified. The one with the myspace account.
The one who was physically trying to tear the the tent down and damage it.

And it is severely wrong of you to say he got what was coming to him.
He was defending others peoples property against those who were acting wrongly and illegally.
Therefore his actions were not wrong.

Your speculation as to Crowder is just that. You have no idea what he is thinking or planning to do over this incident. All you know is that he made an either or challenge, that we have to wait and see how it turns out.

As for your comment about the Police. Wrong! As they already showed they were interested by their reported comments.

For those following along at home, this is what Excon said the State Police stated:
