When Bush was pres everything was his fault, even a few wack jobs mistreating prisoners in Iraq. Now nothing is obama's fault even this embassy attack that he watched happen in real time and did absolutely nothing about. The hypocrisy here is over the top.

Yes.. I don't know whether they were trying to round up heavy weapons or moving weapons to the Syrian rebels.. but something along those lines was going on.

It was a covert operation with the Consulate being under the authority of the CIA.
 
The OP couldn't be more misleading. By now most people should know that two locations (consulate and annex) were involved in this attack, and that they were in different locations about a 1/2 mile apart. The CIA was in the Annex, and the Ambassador was at the consulate. The Annex location was heavily armed with laser sighted machine guns on its roof. The Annex is where the Seals came from who went to the consulate to help out. After the fight ended at the consulate it made its way to the annex.

Really? If EVERYTHING was his fault, how come no one ever went to jail for outing a CIA operative?

Ok correct. The reason Armitage wasn't charged was because the special counsel could find no evidence that he knew about her undercover status.
