Under Obama, Poor, Middle Class Incomes Fall Sharply

Don't you see, you said it right there. Money is your idol. You worship it. You think it gives you power, but you serve it.

sarcasm dude-look it up.

and for a libertarian you sure sound like a populist

Your fixation on something that is a very thin slice of American jurisprudence and which should never be a concern of the supreme court is idiotic. Your claims about me are the usual idiocy that permeate your contrarian heavy and intellectually bankrupt posts. I have always supported medical research which is why several million of my investment partnership money is in medical and pharmaceutical concerns.

What accounts for a small percentage of jurisprudence is the most important issue of our time. We can either promote human health, at the expense of a few dollars; or we can deny human health in orde to preserve money- blood money, really, since it was obtained in exchange for denying people life saving medical treatment.

You dodged my question, so I take it you must feel some shame at this, but you are so skilled at rationalization I imagine it won't bother you for long.

so you say. generally I find your claims to be specious and your false choices are idiotic.

and tell us why you are so fixated on something that 100 leading scholars would never cover when analyzing supreme court justices

So if that was sarcasm, you admit that money is your idol? What kind of a way to live is that? To worship the idol of money is a sickness of the soul.

Libertarianism for me is about morals. Not all libertarians are money grubbing profligates. Libertarian does not mean libertine. Look it up.

Look, you're exposing your own ignorance now. You ever heard of Leon Kass?

My ignorance on the constitution compared to yours

Nah you adopt "libertarian" positions in order to engage in contrarian nonsense. You make grand pronouncements ("EVERYONE believes ______) in order to pick fights and create discord. Your rants about money scream failure to the high heavens

He's not a legal expert, he's a bioethicist who advised Bush on policy. He wants an outright ban on cloning and he had the ear of a president. Republicans, and republican judges, want to BAN cloning while it's still in its infancy. Just because you are ignorant about an issue does not make it unimportant. Quite the contrary, when you are utterly absorbed with money, you tend to miss the important stuff.

Guy, I doubt there is any issue you can think of that you are able to call me "ignorant". and Your rants about money are just silly excuses for failure. LIke real libertarians all over I am absorbed with FREEDOM

try it sometime for real rather than pretending to like it on a chat board.

You are libertarian because you like guns and money, and you have thought no mod deeply about it than that.
I am a libertarian because I have read Rothbard, Von Mises, Nozick, Mills, Smith, Lindsey, Posner, George and others and have been persuaded to adopt a large portion of their beliefs as my own.
Your way works for your (limited) purposes, but it can hardly be called true libertarianism in any academic sense.

It is Ing that you continue to avoid addressing the real issue head on, and I won't let up. I am on to you lame debate tactic of changing the subject and resorting to ad home when you're losing.

Just admit that you would sell out human cloning research for a few bucks. Admit it. Be honest about this, I'd not your fusionist libterianism-republicanism, at least be honest that you care more about lining your pockets than you do about people.

Wow I have been damned by pseudo-intellectualism. I don't think you'd know a real libertarian if Ed Clark or Andre Marrou were to privately tutor you

wow you have hit the obscure bottom and produced a steam shovel

the last time I even gave cloning a thought was that silly star wars movie

You should give it a bit more thought. I mean this seriously, as a friendly suggestion. At your age, therapeutic cloning could be make a life or death difference for you personally. Provided we have a liberal court to keep it from getting banned.

Well, I guess we know that you can't win in a name dropping contest;)

Where have I advocated banning any medical procedure (other than say cloning more who make silly posts?)

Not sure what you mean by that parenthetical. But if you are advocating for conservative justices then you are consequently advocating for a ban on medical procedures derives from therapeutic cloning. You haven read Kass, have you? For all your posturing, are you even aware of what's going on?

Yawn-given all the evil done by statist judges, you fixate on something that hasn't even hit the supreme court radar

tell us guy what causes your rabid fixation on such an obscure point

You call it obscure, yet it is the most important issue of our time. That you care more about money than human health is sad.

But I do accept your de facto concession about my overall point, since you have clearly admitted tha conservative judges will uphold a ban on cloning, and you for whatever reason approve. So, it was like pulling teeth, but I finally got you to confess.

His lord and master.

Its funny how your posts spend so much time justifying your dem overlords taking more money from those who earned it to spend it on the parasites who vote for your party

Its the most important issue to YOU

Not to MOST of us. I never said that about conservative judges-stop your silly lying

You won't tell us why you need cloning so badly.

So now you're claiming you werent advocating for conservative judges? And you're calling me a liar? Do you know what irony is?

Here is your problem-YOU ASSUME THAT THE JUDGES I believe are good ones would vote against your stupid pet issue if that actually got to them

And you did lie when you make that claim about what I said because you interposed your moronic assumption to get to that idiotic claim

Big ASSumption on your part

Prove that there are any conservative judges who would strike down a cloning ban. I am confident you will fail in any attempt at this.
