The movie had nothing to do with the murders. The movie is a not an excuse for murder. The movie did not "lead" to anything.

Blaming inanimate objects is stupid. If people were not oppressed like animals by crazy islamists, they would not act like animals.

Also the L.A. Times and CNN and other credible mainstream media sources also confirm this.

I think it's pretty pathetic that you think an Egyptian would be behind this film.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Federal authorities have identified a Coptic Christian in southern California who is on probation after his conviction for financial crimes as the key figure behind the anti-Muslim film that ignited mob violence against U.S. embassies across the Mideast, a U.S. law enforcement official told The Associated Press on Thursday.


The official said authorities had concluded that Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, 55, was behind "Innocence of Muslims," a film that denigrated Islam and the prophet Muhammad and sparked protests earlier this week in Egypt, Libya and most recently in Yemen. It was not immediately clear whether Nakoula was the target of a criminal investigation or part of the broader investigation into the deaths of U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans in Libya during a terrorist attack.

Interesting. A poster who fairly regularly posts from an anti-Israeli standpoint, preferring a Jewish source over the Associated Press in Wa. It appears to me that this is because the Israeli source says what you want to believe.

The people protesting the film grabbed the Ambassador, carried him to a car and rushed to Benghazi Medical Center.

The Ambassador was there to dedicate some joint venture between Harvard Med School and the Medical Center. mb Stevens had no ID on him. It was 2 AM and it was evidently mass confusion.

The real joke here is that Muslims are constantly asking us not to judge them all by the actions of a few extremists but the moment one American makes an insulting video it sparks protests against America as a whole. seems to be a double standard.

As far as the attack on the embassy is concerned, they are fairly certain it was a separate incident. There are plenty of reports saying it was an Al-Qaeda like group that used the protests as a distraction. They think it was in response to a video put out by the current leader of Al-Qaeda.

Every once in a while, we should double-check just too see if those oppressed like animals can rise above. It's further proof that we must becomes actively involved in dismantling Islamic governments, or we will continue to have a huge portion of the earth inhabited by such vile ignorance.
