Texas farmer sows seeds of doubt over Keystone pipeline

And when the FBI comes to question you about you arms stockpile, lol?
I have a rifle and a revolver, about 150 rounds for each. More than enough for me, I'm a Soldier, and they trained me very well.

Listen, dude, that rhetoric sounds GREAT, but has no practical application. Corporations have the full weight and force of the US government behind them, to take your land, in instances like these. What you gonna do? Try to sue the very people who wrote the laws that allow them to do such? And who can use the money they take from you in taxes to fund their defense of your suit? Or are you gonna go hog wild, and shoot at them?
It's not rhetoric, I'm telling you exactly what I'm going to do if anyone tries to take my land. It's not going to be my first option, but if they push it to the point where they say it's no longer my choice, then bad things follow. My fate has already been woven long ago, so why fear death? It's going to happen eventually in one way or another. If I die defending not only what's mine, but the very principals that I live by, I die with honor.

You either end up in jail, or dead, my friend. Or you sell your land, lol.

Since my land has been in the family for over 150 years, I suppose I'll be dining with Odin.

and you still have lost, corporations are damn near immortal, they can lose 100 or 1000 people but the corporation lives on and you are DEAD - at which point damn few will care if you died with "honour" or just died, because you ended up losing and the corporation won.

I really couldn't care less what others think, and no, corporations are not immortal.

There is no honor in death, just decay. That's the old lie.

You say you are or were a soldier...does it comfort you to know that, should a showdown come to pass, likely, former US soldiers will be the ones you're shooting at?

We all die.

Being a veteran won't save someone from the consequences of their actions. If someone breaks into your house to rob you blind, is it going to matter to you if they were a member of the Uniformed Services?

Wouldn't they just rent the land like they do in Michigan for mineral rights? It pays a pretty penny. Makes your property valuable.
