I am all for free speech, but at some point common sense and decency have to prevail, right?

While I find this billboard is in bad taste, I am sure there are others who don't.

Thoughts?

Also, side note: This article now refers to James Holmes as "James Eagan Holmes". Interesting decision.

Not a big deal to me. It doesn't offend my sense of decency in the least. My main criticism is that despite getting publicity, it doesn't get a point across very well at all.

I'm not entirely sure what aspect of his foreign policy they are criticizing. Perhaps the decision to go ahead with the Afghanistan surge instead of some kind of rapid withdrawal? I think you would have to assume either A. some sort of stable government would be left or B. that we shouldn't be held responsible for any casualties that resulting from a rapid withdrawal.

NATO support for Libya, then? People were already dying there, so not sure which deaths they blame on him.

They needed to give us a little specificity if they really wanted to encourage a foreign policy debate.
