oh the irony in this thread, not saying I disagree, I agree that it shouldnt be said the man was planing to murder someone but thats just as non supported as saying his only intention was to defend himself and you have already proved yourself to say many things wrong

you are partly right, the utah cases are those of overly trained, poorly led cops...
Ever hear of Sheriff Joe in AZ? that ass has an armored car!!!

When the cops start staging SWAT type raids on a USER with no history of criminal activities, they need to face multi million dollar lawsuits, as Sheriff Joe has, and I suspect Lakeland County will soon.

I wasnt aware that Sherriff Joe from Arizona was one of the cops at this scene. Can you show me where you read that?
