Fla. Deputies Shoot and Kill Man After Knocking On Wrong Door. ‎

[/B]a man was about to defend himself, not murder someone....granted he went at it wrong, but you are stating it wrong...
Incompetence, pure and simple....

oh the irony in this thread, not saying I disagree, I agree that it shouldnt be said the man was planing to murder someone but thats just as non supported as saying his only intention was to defend himself and you have already proved yourself to say many things wrong

pure and simple, you have yet to prove any incompetence on the cops, actually every time you try you fail, but you are welcome to have that opinion

not only that they explained why they didnt and that they are not legally required to do so.

the majority of objective posters already knew this and knew it was irrelevant to who was at fault

For not allowing themselves to be killed?

stay on topic, I never said that...you are creating a scenario in your own mind that suits your bias...

you mean like saying inept, poorly trained cops?? LMAO

actually what he is saying has some support to it, its REASONABLE to think you might get shot if someone points a gun at you for no real reason

what do these have to do with the current story?

thats right, currently they have NOTHING to do with it LMAO

has anybody here said poorly trained cops dont exist and havent messed up before? NOPE

another meaningless non impact post by you lol

you are partly right, the utah cases are those of overly trained, poorly led cops...
Ever hear of Sheriff Joe in AZ? that ass has an armored car!!!

When the cops start staging SWAT type raids on a USER with no history of criminal activities, they need to face multi million dollar lawsuits, as Sheriff Joe has, and I suspect Lakeland County will soon.

I wasnt aware that Sherriff Joe from Arizona was one of the cops at this scene. Can you show me where you read that?

thanks I already knew that

my links were about drug raids gone bad....yours are just random stuff...

WTH?!?!?!?!?!?:lamo

yours were random stuff to, what does a bad drug raid have to do with this case? NOTHING LMAO

If a person shoots someone who is attempting to murder them, nothing happens. It is self defense. I agree the same should happen with the cop. The goal posts arent moving. The cop had two choices. Die, or shoot. Which should he have done. Answer the question and quit trying to talk around it. Should a cop be allowed to shoot someone who is attempting to murder them with no witnesses or should they just let themselves be murdered?

Does nothing happen to them? Or are they arrested, charged with a crime, investigated, etc?

And for the last time, I already answered your question.

so is the shooter....

per the articles in this thread how do you come to the logical conclusion the shooter is an idiot?

Id love to know?

you like to jump around alot do you, whats wrong dont you want to admit the logic in your last post was broken?

sigh more dramatic hyperbole "acted properly in the least"?

we can say that we THINK the whole story is a lie, thats fine by me but theres no reason to assume the story is inaccurate for now. We investigate and see if theres reason to doubt the story or bring it to trial. Per the info we have the cops arent at fault

No, it was a response to what you said. The only fact we know is that the cops shot this guy dead.

I know one fact for sure your original statement had broken logic in it

anyway if you want to play games technically that isnt even a fact.

I mean all we have to go on is the word of the cops, remember, maybe they are lying about that too

yeah, slip of the mentellec....mine were about over the top responses by law enforcement that end up getting someone killed for little or no reason....

same way you come to see him as blameless....

LMAO nice try but you are wrong twice

translation: you cant defend your BS claim, theres no logic to support it

but again we already knew that
