Even wikipedia has more basis in fact than someone pulling it all out of their arse and provide zero back-up.

Because vendur knows if he posts his sources, he'll look pretty bad. He just provided an unsourced quote which when read does nothing to back up his point and when examined in context actually refutes what he's trying to claim. You can't make that kind of weakness up.

sourcing your claims is rather a natural expectation in a debate. It's pretty ridiculous to expect that other people should google up your homework for you.

is there some kind of camp they teach this to young progs or something? Maybe this is in the "deny reality" chapter of the liberal handbook.

I did source it as far as sourcing needed to be required in this instance. Were you confused by the phrase "that's from Hitler himself"? Pretty difficult sentence, I know.

France like the UK is one of those Eurotrash countries that doesn't believe in free speech. So Le Pen could sue for slander or something similar and Madonna could lose.

I think that the one thing you're forgetting about Europe, is that when they should have had laws restricting hate speech; they didn't . . . In a civilized society, there is no rational reason to degrade and rail against someone's ethnicity, in any setting: can't do it here, so calling it free speech is a pretty weak example of a little kid learning cuss words and using them on the playground.

It's in the realm of artistic expression and in the "Nobody Knows Me" video explaining social problems, Le Pen's face is hardly recognisable as parts of her face only appear for a second along with other public figures such as Hosni Mubarak and Hu Jintao and it should belong to a modern art gallery. The video is posted on Billboard.com.

you can't? Surely, likely depending on how you went about it, you might end up detained, and investigated, but you would never be charged for saying mean things to the man (example, the guy who told Cheney to **** off in New Orleans). Also, this board is private and not a function of the state, so you don't have rights to free speech here
