Texas Dad Beats Daughter's Molester to Death: Cops

Re: Sheriff: Father kills man sexually abusing his daughter

When I first posted in this thread, although I was happy that the slime got what was coming to him, I was a little worried about due process. After getting more information, I have changed my mind. The father beat up the slimeball, as the slimeball was in the act of molesting his daughter. He then called 911, attempting to save the life of the scumbag. He is off the hook for that. However, had he shot the punk in cold blood, he still would have been OK, as Texas law allows the use of deadly force to stop any kind of sexual attack, whether the victim is a child or an adult. I agree with this law. Soooooooooooo....... Let this scumbag rot in hell, and kudos to the father for ridding the world of a child molester.

Re: Sheriff: Father kills man sexually abusing his daughter

Are people reading the reports? The reports state several punches to head and neck. Not dozens. Several. it's also reported the family tried CPR to save the man and the father is the one who called 911 and pleaded with operator to get help there ASAP.

As much as I often hate, HATE, how Texas administers "justice" they certainly made the right call this time.

Re: Sheriff: Father kills man sexually abusing his daughter

I'd like to think that any grand jury in this country would've made the same call.

Had it happened in Mass or California, I doubt that would be true.

Even Mass or Cali wouldn't have convicted this guy. The deceased family could have exclusively made up the grand jury and it still would have been dismissed. Some things are common sense.

I love TEXAS JUSTICE. I would have done the same thing if someone bothered my daughter. just sayin'
