One of my favorite political cartoon captions on this reads something like:

"Troubled by the heavy disadvantages they face, white men gathered in Congress and in corporate boardrooms across the country to hold support groups for themselves..."

No one said that. Everyone is free to speak, as are those who hire and fire you. Being free doesn't mean there will never be consequences. And this applies to all races. Odd that you see things in terms of race.

Not sure where you see a backtrack, likely just a hack trick you're trying to pull, but the fact remians, he was and is perfectly free to say whatever stupid, silly, or hateful thing he wants. And an employer is free to say words like you're fired. It is the nature of the beast today. The problem here has nothing to with race, but with a forum that puts our words out there for all to see. This person isn't the first and won't likley be the last to be fired for what he or she said on facebook.

But the fact is, you haven't addressed a single point of mine or even responded as if you have any idea at all as to what I'm saying.
