I think the prosecutor would have tainted her case by having a grand Jury NO-Bill the evidence.
I think she could still move forward, but her every move would be suspect.
By not going to the grand jury, she just has to convince one Judge she has enough
evidence to proceed to trail.

Even if George Zimmerman is not charged or found not Guilty he will have to move and change his name to be safe.

Iirc, Marting had a gsw. I am not sure if the funeral director's assessment is final on all of that. The ME may have done a more thorough job and come to different conclusions.

To me, the only thing that needs to go before a jury, or a panel of any sort (SCOTUS?) is to decide what actually constitutes harassment, provocation, incitement of violence, etc. Until that is determined, I'm not too sure I like the wording of the current FL SYG law.

We wish it were that way. But it is not. The white radicals are hugely minimized here. They are not in front of throngs a whites chanting "We got Justice with a Piece". Not being highlighted as leaders of anything noble on the news.

Everyone condemns the white nationalists and KKK. While Sharpton dines at the White House.

Frankly, I wonder what planet you are on with this.

Planet reality. James Brown created Al Sharpton. He is a showman. Sharpton is all about Sharpton. More than a few **** heels have dined at the White House over the years. I have no doubt that there are people shouting things like "Justice with a piece". I will continue to believe that the vast majority of white, black and latino are not shouting anything. What you are providing is anecdotal. I'm not saying it isn't happening. However, I have still not seen quantitative proof that one race is far more involved than the other.

Sadly, I do believe that there will be no positive outcome regarding the investigation. This will be an ugly summer. Dumbasses, ignorant fools, marginal members of society, uneducated sumbitches and racists on both sides of the issue all over the country will be looking for payback. I sincerely wish to be wrong.

I cannot show you what you refuse to see. FYI, Sharpton and Jackson have been to the WH as guest of Obama a dozen times between them. And of course, Sharpton is a host on MSNBC. And we have had the editing of video and audio by liberal major news outlets so as to exacerbate a white racist angle. I know all about Sharpton and Brown, and Sharpton's current stature has nothing to do with Brown.

This is not two fringes at opposite ends of the spectrum. This is one fringe of white racist idiots at one end, chastised by virtually all, and a much larger "fringe" that is fully mainstream with the other side.

These guys/groups exist to promote racism not to stop it. NAACP and NBP are no better than the KKK and white supremicists groups. Sharpton and Jackson are as despicable as whoever it is that is out promoting white supremecy. (sorry I dont know names of them and dont want to look them up).

Any person who directs the entirely of their attention to promoting their race is a racist. If you look at Jackson and Sharpton they do nothing to create unity between different races. If me (i am white) were to go around pushing the agenda of the white people. Constantly attacking black people ect (like AS and JJ do) I would be considered racist. If there were an organization like the NAACP for white people it would quickly be labeled as racist. The same standards need to be applied across the board for equality to exist.

What I find interesting and most telling, is that the people that are convinced the guy is a hero and acted right are the ones that also believe this kid apparently was getting ready to go on a killing spree or something? They also apparently think a riot will start. Im sure somewhere something bad will happen regardless of the verdict, but I have black friends recalling being at an all black college and police having to protect them and keep hate groups off the grounds after Obama won as well. Sure the Rodney King thing was an over reaction but it was over and out of most minds years later. It took OJ actually going to jail finally for white people to quit bitching about that.

I think regardless of if he was attacked or not, the guy put himself in an avoidable situation. As I said before, the kid likely was a HUGE asshole. Most kids that age are. I know I was, but that doesn't give a grown middle aged man the right to be an even bigger asshole.

Given the circumstances, I don't blame Zimmerman for hiding. Radical lunatics may be in the extreme minority, but sadly it only takes one to commit an act of violence. He should be in police custody (and protection), but barring that, hiding is perfectly reasonable. Martin and Zimmerman both deserve their day in court.
