Jobs recovery suffers setback in March

How do we know...The measure has been tampered with to use politically. I am no economist, just a mere truck driver, but even I can smell Bull **** when it is right in front of me...

My thought is sometime in the future we will hear how bad this time in history really was, and how Obama nearly destroyed this country.

Yeah, yeah, yeah....You can stop with that annoying crap now...I saw it the first five times you posted it, and it wasn't impressive then either.

j-mac

it hasn't been distorted. The economy shrunk due to the finical collapse and then rebounded. All economist agree. As for my stupid talktap sig I'm changing it just been lazy

Yep, and as I like to quote from Twain....There are three kinds of lies....Lies, damned lies, and statistics!

Seen the progressive chart before...Don't buy it.

If you would prefer not to base your opinions on statistics and known facts, what would you suggest we base arguments upon? Gut feelings and hunches? If you wish to ignore and dismiss statistics in general as lies, then perhaps economics isn't the right subject to discuss.

But what happens if its a statistic i dont agree with!? What do i do then!? I cant handle the truth!

Is the iPad a tax cut?

No it is an innovative product that CREATED demand rather than a product built to fulfill demand. Growing an economy is more than simple slogans like tax cuts or increase demand.

Who compiled the chart?

Give me a link.

Statistics are primarily based on gut feelings and hunches, just so you know.

No, statistics (reliable ones at least) are made up of data streams that have been proven to be viable and time tested, not "gut feelings and hunches."

I heard Saddam Hussein (whoops I Mean Hussein Obama:) I get them mixed up) bragging about this today.............Boy is he clueless.

Jobs recovery suffers setback in March - Yahoo! Finance

By Lucia Mutikani
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Employers hired far fewer workers in March than in previous months, keeping the door open for the Federal Reserve to provide more monetary support for a still sluggish economy.

I heard that Darth Vader Romney, the baby eater, (whoops, I mean Mitt Romney)...... [continue screed] blah blah blah blah blah blah [/screed]

LOL. Of course, Romney is no more than a Star Wars Villain who eats babies than Obama is Saddam Hussein, although I did hear that Obama and George Bush participate together in secret Satanic rituals. LOL.

Jeez.

Ill tell you whats really pathetic is Bush's job growth record...

Why are you talking about Bush? Haven't you heard? There's a new Sheriff in town...has been for almost four years.

Oh, wait...never mind...it's that old liberal tactic: deflect.

And yet comparing the same time period in office, Obama has passed less regulations than Bush...

I never moved the goal post, my original question was asking how many jobs bills has the GOP introduced since their recapture of the house in 2010 that aren't solely made up of tax cuts for the rich and deregulation...as of yet, no one has answered my question...

The GOP had 8yrs in office of tax cuts and deregulating the financial markets and how did they work out? I think it's only fair to give Obama the same amount of time...see ya in '16

Actually, your original question to me was:

Where are all the jobs the GOP promised after the 2010 election? Odd once they took over they stopped talking about jobs and turned their attention to the debt ceiling...wonder why that was...hmmmm...

After THAT...you moved the goalposts.

btw, the GOP never had eight years.

Here is the list by month from the beginning of Bush up until now. You should be able to see that starting in March 2010 until now the have been more than 4 million private sector jobs created:

Where did the problem go haywire at? Bush...
Its called historical analysis to see how and where we are at now...

And how many have left the work force?

How could that possibly be relevant to this point?

Uhm, because you're telling me how many jobs were created...I'll give ya the 4 million and subtract that from those no longer in the work force.
number of people not in the labor force is at an all time high of 87,897,000. []Bureau of Labor Statistics Data

Ummm, actually pbrauer was, not me...only the number of jobs created was in question, hence the chart...did you read the thread?

What use is the number of jobs created when we still have a deficit of people who have completely left the labor force?? You don't think there is a coloration? Ubama brags about the number of jobs created or saved, but we seldom hear how the participation rate has plummeted. Which is actually the only reason that the unemployment rate has gone down the last couple months.

Ubama?....

How could that possibly be relevant to this point?

Because people who have given up on finding work do not count against the unemployed.............Bottom line the unemployment rate is 8.2% higher then it ever was under GWB and there are 1.2 million more unemployed then there were when Hussein Obama took office................

Cherry pick much ... ROFLMFAO ....

Hey. From his first full month in office, which includes 11 months you skipped cherry-picker, Obama has overseen the creation of less than 250K private sector jobs. Whoopty ****ing doo.

Meanwhile, if you factor out the housing bubble burst, which was a joint creation by Repubs and Dems, Bush created over 6 million private sector jobs. By your liberal-progressive analysis system, we include all the bad with Bush, and take out all the bad with Obama. That's one uber-retarded turd you got going there. :doh

Its also what we expect from the Left ... and Obama math.
