You're a conservative and don't understand how (this) character reflects (TSA's) organizational culture?
Yes, I can say with 100% certainty there is no culture within the organizational structure of TSA that encourages or embraces prostitution.
I understand how it can be a perception issue and a public image issue for TSA with people who already hate the organization, see everything regarding them in the worst light, and will go out of their way to act illogically and ignorantly if it allows them to insult TSA.
However, to a person acting somewhat rationally and understanding that the act of one random individual is not indicative or representative of the entire group of people, especially something made up of tens of thousands of people.
As a conservative, I think this guy reflects the TSA's organizational culture no more than I think Mark Foley is reflects the GOP's organizational structure or how the guy recently charged for the killings in afghanistan reflects the Military's organizational structure
