He needs some coaching from the two experts on foreign relations - Hilary Clinton and Condoleeza Rice.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has rebuked US presidential hopeful Mitt Romney for saying Russia is the "number one geopolitical foe" of the US.

Mr Romney made the comments while criticising President Barack Obama for appearing to suggest a future deal with Russia on the issue of missile defence.

Mr Medvedev said Mr Romney's comments "smelled of Hollywood" and advised him to "use his head".

The day any American...be he a Presidential candidate, the President or even an average citizen...places any importance to something that Russian lap-dog has to say is the day we embark on the road to being manipulated by Putin.

There are some American, I suppose, who would think this is a good thing...Obama comes to mind.
