Trayvon Martin: Special prosecutor appointed in Trayvon Martin shooting case

Trayvon, was approaching Zimmerman (according to Zimmerman's own statement). So, why would Trayvon, all of a sudden not only stop approaching Zimmerman, but START running? Running from what? How does Trayvon, go from Approaching Zimmerman, to Running?

Common sense should tell anyone that Zimmerman was lying through his teeth during the entire 911 call! Common sense should tell anyone that Zimmerman, was setting up the kill! Common sense should tell anyone that Zimmerman, had the intent to murder Trayvon Martin in cold blood. And, you have Mr. Zimmerman's own bizarre behavior as evidence.

You don't start approaching someone, in the rain for no good reason at all, and then all of a sudden start running. That entire sequence of events makes no sense, whatsoever. Not to any thinking human being.

I'm going to approach you and THEN, for no good reason, just start running! Why? Why would I do that? What's my motivation for running BEFORE I got shot? Huh?

That is known from his 911 call. When Martin saw Zimmerman watching him, Martin "glaring" at Zimmerman headed towards Zimmerman. What changed appears that Martin saw/heard Zimmerman on the phone to the police - and Martin turned and ran.

Despite it say 10,000 times as fact, there is NOTHING proving Martin was NOT acting suspiciously, was not on drugs, and that it was inappropriate to dial 911.

It also is known that AFTER Zimmerman got off the phone to 911, Martin approached Zimmerman (according to Martin's girlfriend) and with seconds was felony aggravated assaulting Zimmerman as Zimmerman shouted pleading someone to help him and a bystander telling Martin to stop and that he was calling the police.

It's a pity you can't refrain from making **** up.

You have no way of knowing if Martin knew Zimmerman was on the phone with police. Yet you repeat it constantly.

You have no way of proving Martin was on drugs. Presumably, an autopsy was performed and there's been no mention of drugs found in Martin's system.

You have no way of knowing if Martin was committing a "felony aggrevated assault" on Zimmerman since Martin was within his rights to defend himself from a stranger following him in the dark for no apparent reason.

Two eye-witnesses consistent with the physical injuries of Zimmerman.
 
Was an autopsy done on Martin? That would seem to have been an absolute regardless of their view of what happened.

Edit... I learned there was. I'll search for the report if it public.

I thought it was Barry... And you are right (by your sig lines), god bless ex-president Bush for killing over 4000 of our brave troops in a futile attempt to find weapons of mass destruction, never mind the 100,000 collateral deaths. But they were nothing but sand crap. Those families that loved each other just like we love our own family. Or do you judge people by which imaginary friend they believe in?

And my son-in-law is right now risking his life to keep Afghanistan from being a harbor to those that killed almost 3000 of our innocents. That is honorable. That is what we should have done while Bush was nation building. Your opinion may vary.

As to the black on black, Obama expressed sympathy for the family suffering a loss of a loved one, and you have the balls to say that he stuck his nose into it? You are possibly the coldest man I have ever encountered.

Read the actual police report.
Zimmerman was taken into custody, treated, and then an interview was conducted.
Pretty standard procedure if you ask me.

And he is believed because there is no reason not to believe him.

The stretching of truth here has become almost comical.

Martin has continued to grow taller and heavier and also become a NFL defensive back. While Zimmerman becomes shorter, fatter , and I guess police now write "pudgy' in ht and wt of individual.

Am waiting to hear if Zimmerman's wheelchair was motorized or manual.

and somehow, folks are forgetting that Zimmerman was carrying a handgun, which compensates for his chubby belly, idiocy, and poor lung-capacity.

No one has stretched the truth on these.

Trayvon was 6.0 or taller depending on which source you use.
160 lbs
and an athlete.


Zimmerman was 5.9
Pudgy
and out of breath after a few seconds of running

This information are the facts concerning their stats and health


If you have information that contradicts these please provide it.
Or otherwise, realize that you have held a false impression of this case of what the facts were.

I blame the police department, the homeowners' association and Zimmerman for this travesty...regardless of what happens.

I blame the police department because they obviously were not engaged with the homeowners' association regards any neighborhood watch program they had in place...if they did. (And I don't think they did.)

The homeowners' association, in one of their newsletters, acknowledges Zimmerman as part of their neighborhood watch program -- yet no neighborhood watch program for their subdivision is registered with USAonWatch.org. And, if it were, USAonWatch stresses in all of their training that volunteers are not to confront. Their job is to report.

And Zimmerman for getting out of his God-damned car. Neighborhood Watch volunteers are not vigilantes. He'd called the cops. They were on their way. End of story and Martin's alive. Zimmerman exits his car? Martin's dead. End of story.

Zimmerman received official training last September ...

Police volunteer program coordinator Wendy Dorival said she met Zimmerman in September at a community neighborhood watch presentation.

“I said, ‘If it’s someone you don’t recognize, call us. We’ll figure it out,’ ” Dorival said. “‘Observe from a safe location.’ There’s even a slide about not being vigilante police. I don’t know how many more times I can repeat it.”​


... despite that training, Zimmerman decided to abandon his observation from the "safe location" of his car to go hunting for Trayvon after the youth took off running to get away from him. But George "the assholes always git away" Zimmerman would have none of that on his watch. He made certain Trayvon would not get away.
