Anonymous Declares War on the US Government

Oh extreme unjustified imprisonment, someone had the police WALK THROUGH their house and they got asked questions at a jail for more than one but not greater than 3 hours!!!!

without any quantifiable evidence of a crime.

You know, here in the U.S. we actually have protections against being held without cause because a lot of people agreed that was pretty damned important. Apparently, it isn't important to you.

Good stuff. Label them all traitors and terrorists and send their little asses to jail. After about a week of getting ****ed by Jermain's big black dick, they'll change their minds.
Why does Jermain have to be a black guy? In prison? Thats just racist! ;)

This is all just silliness. To actually ACT on any of this...geeeez...the fed would track these people down in a heartbeat. And violence? I HIGHLY doubt even the most foolish of folk think violence is going to be effective. Though...lets be blunt and honest...should these morons attempt to engage in a violent manner...well...lets just say the unemployment rates will actually drop for real for a change and not just because of some paper statistical games.

Anonymous Declares War on the US Government - International Business Times

The video of the statement is at the link. Sounds like they're advocating violent revolution. I remember when people were decrying supposedly violent rhetoric from the TEA party.

To be fair, most people will picture two completely different things when it comes to Anonymous and the Tea Party. Tea Party = armed right wing extremist while Anonymous = hackers who play D&D and obsesses about science fiction crap. The only way people would picture anonymous to be a violent threat is if they started using sling shots to shoot D&D dice.

What's wrong with D&D and science fiction?

But as for Anonymous declaring war...I'll believe it when they blow up a building. Till then, they're just talking out of their ass.

keep your disgusting racism to yourself. we don't wanna hear it.
Jermain could be a white guy with a penile fracture.

Things You Didn't Know About Your Penis - CBS News Can Break Your Penis

There is no "penis bone," but you can break your penis all the same. It's called penile fracture, and it's not a subtle injury. When it happens, there's "an audible pop or snap," Montague says. Then the penis turns black and blue.

A violent overthrow of the US government is not something most people would support.

No, but a peaceful overthrow would be nice, and I think there's plenty of people who would support one considering how inept our current system is.

Nothing is wrong with those things however only nerds play D&D and only nerds obsess over science fictions shows as though those shows are something more than just regular shows while to everyone else fictions shows are just regular shows.

I suspect the opposite is true.I think every single person would revolt if something pushed them to revolt. Of course not everyone would revolt at the same time or over the same thing.

It would have to be extreme, JR, like people literally being systematically shot in the street. I still think life in the US is pretty good and I just don't see it degrading to the point that would drive people to actual revolution.

Nerds are probably right about that though, seeing as they are intellectually superior to everyone but Bender.

If they plan to take down the government, they'll have to finish their homework first. :D

Actually, I'd be quite pleased if they tracked down as many of these little ****ers as possible, and threw their baby-soft asses in jail. If our government can't hack better than a bunch of weenie adolescent nerds, then we're in big trouble.

They can't be that intellectually superior seeing how many of those science fiction shows the minor details are not really futuristic. Like the giant knobs in startrek, the two color screens in Alien,The fact you can't hear sound in space or Darth Vader has robotic parts instead of transplants and a whole **** load of other minor details.

They are nerds. They already finished their homework and will probably have to finish the Bully's homework and get their mothers permission first.

Hey...you're opening Pandora's box here. Nerds rule, normies drool.

you couldn't be more wrong. These are nerds, so expect the full use of a potato gun.

Aww I'm sorry - are you angry nobody here is taking the notion of Anonymous being legitimate in their bitching serious?

Actually I don't mind what you think about Anonymous. What I mind are the personal digs you insert between the lines, which is not necessary among conversing adults.

If you consider telling somebody that they illegally download is a "dig", then the problem is your conscience and that of those like you isn't it?

That's one route to a violent uprising. People though, get hit hardest when basic necessities become harder to find. A large enough unemployment rate could cause it too, and that would be dangerous because the poor occupy most of the jobs in this nation.

What I'm suggesting though is much broader. The rights of the individual as well as the Constitution are suffering many work-arounds lately. The U.S. basically made the world economy what it is today, on the principle that its currency was valuable because its people were the most virtuous and hard working; and others have modeled their Constitutions after ours.

What do you think is going to happen in the world if the U.S. can't get itself together and start being more of a solidarity again?

There is more on the line than just our country.

No, East Asia will do fine on its own eventually.

PARIS February 29, 2012 (AP)

Interpol says 25 suspected members of the loose-knit Anonymous hacker movement have been arrested in a sweep across Europe and South America.

The international police agency says the arrests in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Spain were carried out by national law enforcement officers working under the aegis of Interpol's Latin American Working Group of Experts on Information Technology Crime.

Interpol announced the arrests in a statement Tuesday.

And so it begins....

Kids are so silly. The pop culture influence may change but the anti-authority message never does.

What's with the squid though?
