Afghans Protest Alleged Koran Desecration

Re: Afghans vent fury over Koran burning, U.S. apologizes

Yes, I know. But self reflection is almost always better than looking outside. Peopel with strong self esteem do this.

No, i don't believe you do know.

I never asked you for any "self reflection". In fact you offer far too many of these "reflections", and deflections, but are short on straight answers.

Oh, I know you never ask for any self reflection. I'm saying that's the problem. It is almost always best to look in the mirror first.

Nah, the skewing of anything is going on by administration, MSM shills like MSNBC, and supporters that are constantly twisting everything to make excuse for Obama's constant failure on every front.

Well, we could always watch Fox. J, you don't want unbiased news. You want a clear bais, to your world view. That's why you always see it different than the reality. Good to see you pulling some opinion as support, but I guess that was to be expected.

Again, you offer "reflections", and deflections, but continue to be short on straight answers. Don't you ever get embarrassed?

I know this is your distraction, but ask a proper question and I'll give you a proper answer. Read the answer, understand the answer, and I think we'll be just fine.

So you have forgotten the original question or are you still trying to come to terms with it?

No, I don't think you asked a real question and that you ignore the real answer. Somethings don't really need discussion. There is no debate on the actions you want to highlight. With no debate, there is no place to go with it. but, your esteem for your country is so low, you see everything as hating the country.

Here's the question again, just to help you along. Can you answer it this time?

"It seems to me that you should be considering what alternatives the Taleban and Saddam Hussein should have followed rather than just the Coalition. Can you think of any wiser choices they might have made?"

No, because they are not my country. Self reflection calls for looking inward first. And by looking inward, we know Saddam could have done nothing to avoid being invaded. As for Afghanistan, we did not have to invade at all. We'd have been juts as successful, likely more so simply going after OBL and leaving. So, we don't even get to them by looking inward first. I don't look at others until I look at myself, both at work and in my home life. It avoids a lot of whing about others.

Saddam could have avoided being invaded, however, I am glad he didnt. That man deserved to be removed from power and executed for the things that he did. I wish the US had gone about it a lot more intelligently though.

You, nor anyone else, knows whether or not your idea of not invading afghanistan would have been more successful. Thats impossible to know. I can say this, the taliban deserved to be removed from power as well. In both cases, good intent, bad execution.

Finally! So you only hold negative opinions on your country, just as I said earlier.

Was that so difficult?

I didn'ty say that. I would not use Oberman any more than I'd use Beck. You however have no such limitation.

No, he really coouldn't. He had a balancing act to keep Iran scared and us satified. We walked that line, and with inspectors on the ground, him moving more and more to us, we invaded. The facts are the facts.

Yes, I think we do know conerning Afghanistan. You really couldn't take any longer than it took us. And it certainly would have been less costly.

No, that is your silliness again. I said no such thing. Just when I critque myself and find fault, I don't hate myself or habor any ill-will. It is merely a matter of assessment both ways. But your low esteem for this nation causes you to read it that way. At least I know of no other explanation. And as long as you so badly misread others, you will never show any other reasoning. Perhaps you might examine yourself a bit. I think it is always good practice.
