Not a dodge, proving a point. You and other CONs could give a rat's ass about lives lost, otherwise you would support us being in Africa and other places where there is a high killing rate by oppresive regimes. You only "care" about lives when it's some place useful to the U.S. like Middle East oil and footing against countries like Iran. Pathetic that you and other CONS try and hide your actions behind trying to save lives. Buillsh*t.

We only have a limited number of resources to commit to particular regions. One at a time Buck a roo.

The only point you proved was that you cannot answer a straightforward question.

Now you resort to the idea that you care more about human lives that others, despite no evidence to support such a foolish and juvenile charge.

And if you CONS truly cared about lives lost, those resources would be used against regimes that have caused the most lives lost. Not what you and the other CONS have been supporting. So again, please stop with the BS, most can see right through the whole "we went to war to free the people" bullsh*t.

So you think American lives are worth more?

j-mac

LOL, good one.

Those are the lives that our military is supposed to protect.

Wow, How very mature of you....I agree that facts are indeed truth, but you don't have a corner on truth with your opinion.

j-mac

You should at least address the facts presented.

Where did I claim that I care more about human lives than other people? Go ahead and show me that quote.

J, it was perfectly clear, and I suspect you see that now that you've re-read it.

J, you can do better than this silliness. This is exactly what we did as a country. Saddam was fine as long as he was ours. That is exactly what we did, and with much conservative support I might add. And no one but those who watched Saddam as he killed those people, waited until it was allover, and then, and only then, decided to add war and more death to the misery of the Iraqis. We didn't stop killing, we added to it. On several occassions I have given you the position paper by the human rights organization that wanted Saddam removed but couold not support our action. They did for the reason I mention above. We saved no one; we only added to the death and misery.

You could start here j. Or go back some. Deal with any factual thing said. You rarely choose to, but you can. :coffeepap

All I see there is liberal opinion....got something else?

You should look closer.

1) Fact, we did support Saddam when he was ours.

2) Fact, we did watch him kill his people and did nothing.

3) After the killing had largely stopped, years after, we added to the death total. You'd be hard pressed to honestly and factually argue otherwise.

4) And it is a fact that I have linked the human rights paper on this.

Four should be a mangable number. :coffeepap
