Still no evidence of Holder telling any lies or engaging in any illegalities.
Not yet, but it is far from over.

True, but only because the facts never stopped the wingnuts from whining and being dishonest
What do facts have to do with your trolling posts?

Attorney General Eric Holder at the Mexico/United States Arms Trafficking Conference
CUERNAVACA, MEXICO ~ Thursday, April 2, 2009
excerpt from Holder's speech:
Last week, our administration launched a major new effort to break the backs of the cartels. My department is committing 100 new ATF personnel to the Southwest border in the next 100 days to supplement our ongoing Project Gunrunner, DEA is adding 16 new positions on the border, as well as mobile enforcement teams, and the FBI is creating a new intelligence group focusing on kidnapping and extortion. DHS is making similar commitments, as Secretary Napolitano will detail.
In May (2011) Holder testified before Congress — under oath — that he had learned about the gun-running scheme only “in the last few weeks.” But last week, he changed his story after it became well known via the Justice Department’s own documents that his claim was completely false.
“In my testimony before the House committee, I did say ‘a few weeks.’ I probably could have said ‘a couple of months,’” Holder told the Senate Judiciary Committee on November 8. “I don’t think that what I said in terms of using the term ‘a few weeks’ was inaccurate, based on what happened.”
How often are government criminals actually held accountable? His defense is lying by ommision.
AKA define "few". Now define few compared to all the weeks that have even exsisted in the world. 2 years worth of weeks now = few. And "probably" a couple of months does not equal "It was 2 months"
This lying by ommision bullcrap should not be accepted and him and everyone involved needs to be in prison. These are true terrorists using snuff tactics to rule political scenes by fear.
Why wouldn't he be arrogant, he's got a president who knows he's guilty but still in his corner.Anyone else listen to this on C-SPAN yesterday? Amazing. Holder's arrogance, lying, and obfuscation is just beyond belief. This man in my opinion needs to be in jail, and we need to find out what the WH knew. What say you all?

Notice the date on the Department of Justice website that proves Holder knew about Fast and Furious and the date he said he first heard about it before changing his story from "a few weeks earlier" to a "couple of months earlier." The truth is it more than a couple of years earlier Holder knew about the operation.
Welcome to the United States Department of Justice
Holder Admits Lies in Fast and Furious, Refuses to Resign
So it wasn't two weeks or even two months earlier Holder knew about Operation Fast and Furious it was more than two years earlier and holder himself presented the information about the program at the Mexico/United States Arms Trafficking Conference in Cuernavaca, Mexico.
Two months *IS* "a few weeks"
And it is dishonest of you to claim that Holder knew about the details of F&F that have been recently revealed as long as two years ago
It is also dishonest to claim that he hid information that you also claim he revealed two years ago at a conference.
Don't bother debating him, he's shilling for the Chicago crime syndicate that lives in DC.Μολὼν λαβέ;1060052071 said:Can you not read? It's either that or you are big time in denial. It amazes me that you refuse to see the facts in front of you. So what's new?

Snore. Get over it. It's an idiotic witch hunt. If this was cause for prosecution the entire Bush administration would be in a super max facility.
These people know in their souls they voted in the worst president ever, and they are secretly ashamed of him; especially his biggest defenders. The louder and the more they flap their gums, the more ashamed they are. Careful, or they'll break out the race card on your ass.Dude, get over the Bush administration, we are nearly a full term past that for Christ sake. I am so sick of the defense that points to bad act from some administration prior, to justify bad acts today.
You wouldn't let your children get away with that but its ok for the current crop of Obama zombies to throw this up as though it doesn't make you look childishly foolish....incredible.

Reported to DHS due to my misunderstanding.Yeah, I usually sit at the comp with my copies of The Constitution, Communist manifesto, and Rules for Radicals right next to me so that I can see what's coming....heh, heh....

Whether he "lied" or not is irrlevant. We know that his office sent false information to COngress. He claims he wasn't aware of the facts. Either way it shows that he is incompetant to be in the position he is.
Absolutely, and the fact that Obama is standing so staunchly behind him tells me there is more to the story. If this were a repub administration, we'd have an independent prosecutor by now.

The only difference is that you'd be defending him as you did Bush people, people like Perry would say what he's saying, and your flip side would be wanting prosecution. Same coin, different side.
During the time, you are probably right. But people never reassess things, never change opinion in the light of time, and information. Never.
I know your DailyKOS thinking leads you to believe that everything is static, and fits within what Markos tells you to believe, but this is the real world.

Apparently they do so when the otherside wins, as best I can figure.
And as you recall, remember Kerry flip flopping, asnd I suggested that peopel shoudl change their minds with more information? What was your response? Again, as noted early in this thread, what has changed for you? Who's in power?
