Occupy Oakland protesters remove barricade at port entrance

My guess is the 1% are needing their diapers' changed about now. It is clear this movement is not going away and new people are joining. People who are angry enough to camp out in all sorts of weather and risk arrest will most certainly go to the polls. While the recent violence has dropped the portion of people who 'strongly support' OWS, they are still over twice as popular as the Tea Party.
You are just silly. The 1% is LAUGHING at this ****. You think these people are impacting the 1%? They have what is known in the financial world "**** you money". Who this is impacting is all the retirees, the lower to middle income folks who have their retirement and 401ks tied up in the markets. These protesters are cutting their own throats and arent smart enough to see it.

And Marie Anoinette said "Let them eat cakes". Look what happened to her.

Ah...so its violence and murder you see in the future. Well...THAT should get very interesting. I wonder what side the 53% will land on should come to that...the part of society that BUILT society or the 47% that cant employ or provide for themselves, let alone provide for others. Yes...this kind of rhetoric should lead to some fun times indeed.

Quite so. Plus with the aggressive nature in which Oakland used its force against the protesters, it should be no surprise that they'd try to retaliate.

With the aggressive nature Occupy Oakland used its force against the police, it should be no surprise that they'd try to break up the crowd.

I don't know. On some levels I think it's getting to be about high time for a little of the good ol' American rebellion.

And thus we shall see once again what happens when the many rise up against the few, eh?

If voting could change anything that mattered, it would be illegal. Most people don't bother to vote... my hypothesis is that's because they're routinely given a choice between two establishment-backed tools that both suck pretty badly.

So you are against voting/Democractic Republics like our system is now. Tell us, what would you like to see in its place?

The ballot box can only get you so far when the political process is a sham.

Again, what would you like to see take its place?

The street and the mob are NOT Obama's.

Then maybe he shouldn't have, along with prominent demo's lent it the credence that he did.

Who will be your first kill?

Who are the many? 99% of Americans aren't going to join your violent revolution, ya know...

You'd better get a whole lot more 'many' before you think about what any of these social misfits can do to the few....

Oh, and BTW, for the record, Oakland's mayor supports this crap, and told her police force to stand down, in that case, I am contacting my reps, and senators, and telling them that under NO CIRCUMSTANCES do NOT want ANY federal aid going to Oakland to help with the damage.

LET IT BURN!

Well...for the record...when the many (the ****head protesters that launched rocks and bottles at the police) encountered 'the few', the many ran like bitches. But I think you all are giving this just way too much credit. Right now, the majority of folks let these assclowns just run around and put their impotent stupidity on display for all the world to see and their like minded followers to adore. But seriously...how do YOU see this playing out?? Are you also just foaming and waiting for the violence to start up? Is that where you want to see this go? and to what end? And when someone does something stupid and sets it off...where will YOU run to? This whole...we have the power...look at us bull**** only goes so far. You going to run things? Are you going to be thrilled if these assholes set a city on fire ALA London? And hey...we've sort of lost sight on the anti-influence peddling in DC thing, havent we. What a shocker.

****ing geniuses...brilliant. Really thinking this whole thing through well.

Who will be your first kill?
Man...thats gonna be so RIGHTEOUS...dood...flames...and bodies...and yeah man...the 1%...

Dur...

Thats the problem with groups and stupidity. They dont think beyond the rhetoric.

Who will be your first kill?

Jerry Angelo. Particularly if he doesn't give Forte a good deal locking him down in Chicago for the rest of his career. Then I'm going after McCaskey.

They're just a little disorganized, with force will come response. They can be pointed in the right direction.

So you don't seriously support a violent revolution.

Not revolution, but rebellion.

Revolution? No, not at this time. I reserve the right though.

Can you explain what a "rebellion" looks like?

And thats a good idea right? BTW...just so we are clear...who started the violence the other night?

Just wait til the protesters start cutting into the gangs drug trade in Oakland.

Can you explain what a "rebellion" looks like?

It's smaller and not typically aimed at total government replacement. I suppose maybe it could just be a perception thing in that you can say revolution is a rebellion that succeeded. But that's kinda how I picture it in my head. Though I'm replacing that image with beer now. So we'll see what it turns into.

These spoiled children won't be happy til someone gets killed.

We didn't start the fire.

*cough*

Varied reports, it all could have been avoided though by just allowing the protesters their full and unmolested right to assembly and protest.

Just wait til the protesters start cutting into the gangs drug trade in Oakland.

That cuts into the government's racket, and they wouldn't take so kindly.

Hell there are people here that are gleeful about the prospect. Power to the people baby...THATS going to really win the support of the 53 for the 99. Just like the recent pics of the flag burnings, the giving the dogs a flag for a chew toy. Oh yeah, baby...thats going to clear things up for folks.

Yeah, like flag burning is new
