What makes it funny is that it isn't likely true.
Now, as for being bankrupt, having student debt that CAN'T be paid won't help. In some practical fasion that should be addressed. Partisan silliness won't help much.

Not much to hang your hat on there.
The fact is that student loans are just a minute part of the problem. Creating a culture dependent on government funds is the real problem, though a good way to promote a politician politically. That is the major flaw in any democracy, and recognized by De Tocqueville over 200 years ago. People have learned to vote themselves other peoples money and Barrack Obama and his party are just the ones to exploit that democratic flaw.
