Obama extends support for protesters

If you recall, the complaints at the town hall meetings started because we bailed out these institutes and then they turned around and gave themselves 7 figure bonuses.

Yes, they were mad that we gave them the money in the first place but they were also mad that no strings were attached. I'd say that their position is a little more grey than the black and white many want to make it out to be.
 
Very different. Tea Partiers aren't demanding Jew bankers be jailed and all of their loans forgiven.

OWS isn't opposed to bailouts, as long as they can personally benefit from it.

There are some bankers that should have been charged and when found guilty, jailed.

Chris Dodd and Barney Frank should be in prison, too.
 
I wouldn't say Obama is "lending his support" to these protesters at all. The banks and the corporations, some of whom committed a lot of money to see him get elected, would not like that at all. Believe me, change is not going to come from Obama or any politician. It's going to come from movements like this. If you can't see that, well I guess you never will.
