My intention is to support regulations that limit the financial impact that speculating has on life essential needs, if a broker wants to speculate on coffee or tea have at it, speculating on oil, grain, and other life essential needs should not just be regulated it should be banned, but go ahead look at your bank account and know that a good % of it comes from the middle class,the poor, and the elderly.
