The DSK case has come to an end. Prosecutors filed for a dismissal of the criminal charges.

From Bloomberg.com:

Prosecutors asked a judge to dismiss criminal charges against Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the former International Monetary Fund chief who was accused of sexually assaulting a hotel maid, according to an official in the court clerk’s office in Manhattan.

The recommendation filed today wasn’t immediately available to the public because it has to be redacted first, the clerk’s office said.

The alleged attacker now has no job, and no longer has any chance of becoming President of his country. Who should he sue?

That's why he was arrested - to assure US friend - Sarcozy to win his second term.

So one always hopes that a rapist get a hefty sentence: not less than 10 years, one is often compelled to hope they are castrated or executed. Regardless, one assumes they'll be raped repeatedly themselves by fellow inmates.

Given the audacity of Diallo's lies, her cynical appeal to the suffering of women everywhere, her apparent need for fame, why would anyone not wish her a similar fate? What exactly will her punishment be?

She should be ignored.... those that should be punished should be the New York Police and prosecution service for not doing their freaking job. They jumped the gun big time.
