The U.S. Justice Department is preparing subpoenas as part of preliminary investigations into News Corp. relating to alleged foreign bribery and alleged hacking of voicemail of Sept. 11 victims, according to a government official.

Looks what happens in Britain does not stay in Britain. Newscorp is saying it ain't so, but where there's smoke, there is surely to be fire. FOX News, which is a big part of the Newscorp empire, is going to tell us that this is a witch hunt. We will soon see.

That must mean that the DOJ has probable cause. What on earth could it be?!?
