Hopefully there are not too many of these frivolous lawsuits.

Ground Zero Mosque: Judge Tosses Out Suit Over Mosque Near Ground Zero - WPIX
NEW YORK (PIX11)—
A lawsuit launched by a former New York City firefighter against the construction of an Islamic community center near Ground Zero has been tossed out by a New York judge.

New York Supreme Court Justice Paul G. Feinman ruled Friday that firefighter Timothy Brown had no special legal standing to bring on the suit, the New York Times reported.

Contrary to popular belief this is not what the mosque looks like.

Fear is sickening in this country.

Didn't the NRA move its rally after the Columbine shooting to appease gun phobic people?

Why did you need to bring that up? You're not helping anyone by constantly pointing out hypocrisy. That's not the way to be productive and get things done. I agree with what you're saying, but the entire fact is besides the point. If TDS later made a point relevant to this fact, then you can bring it up, but just doing this doesn't help.

What's sad is how long it took. Once they were handed the report, they should have threw it out the window.

I can only hope that hooters builds one of there biggest stores right next door ..

Or a multiplex gay bar, 10 floors of gayness, right next door. :)

Who's building would be blown up first?

Meh, this issue was hyped for the midterm elections. It stopped being relevant once the GOP won the House.

There already is a sacred strip club a few doors down. I worship there as often as possible

Beat me to it, except I am almost 58 years old and have never once been inside a strip club.

Hahahaha! Somehow it just never appealed to me, a bunch of women I wouldn't be allowed to touch.

Yes, I never really got the draw of paying a woman to give me blue balls.
