Chavez going for that high quality Cuban healthcare. I'm sure libs everywhere are holding vigils over Chavez's plight. Danny Glover must be in a tatter over this.

Good, I hope he dies, because if he does, I believe that Cuba will go begin to go through economic reforms that would seriously help its population.

I'm overjoyed watching karma make that lying, murdering, demented, dictatorial, Latino Hitler wannabe tyrant, pay for the horror and suffering he's brought his people and nation. How dare he threaten my ancestral homeland like he has, POS.

Die a slow, painful, ugly death Hugo Chavez.

Something tells me the general strike caused more suffering than Chavez.

Something tells me that your mixing up US supported fascist dictators in Latin America with democratically elected socialists in Latin America.

Good. This gives any REAL Venezuelan patriot who wants to save his country by assassinating him a chance.....

Yaaa!
Look playing the big bad ass American card: "If we dont like him kill him"!
So much for being the leader of the free world, "spreading democracy", and that "shining light". You only get those things if we agree with your form of government.

Unfortunately the opposition is in alot of ways defined by people who deny that the elections were internationally observed and moderated. They also often hold that the half or so of the country that was under poverty level beforte Chavez living in Barrios and shantytowns are actually illegal immigrants and not venezuelans. I have relatives who think that new people in their office are from cuba without even talking to them. They prefer talking about assasinating him than ousting him democratically. And they wonder why 'political opponents' get jailed or that there ins't 'freedom of speech'. They bitch about not having freedom of speech openly in their houses and on the internet with no interruption and casually speak of assassinating him. Over half my family is opposition and I really cant agree with them on much leaning more towards neutral/progressive with the facts available.

Human rights groups have decried Venezuela's current state, and Chavez's authoritarian, dictatorial tactics. He should go at the ballot box ideally, but like I said, I fully understand if there's another revolution, A REAL REVOLUTION of the people to oust him and take their nation back.

"Yep those tatctics.. You know the ones that the US media told me about. You know those ones. The ones.. Wait what tactics?
Oh yea some right wing blog told me he was a dictator because all socialists are dictators..."

Their is a presidential vote every 6 years. So he goes to the ballot box every 6 years..

but like I said, I fully understand if there's another revolution, A REAL REVOLUTION of the people to oust him and take their nation back.
There is?
Like the Tea Party!?

Proof or eat it (unless you be trollin') . Hes been through 7 elections and recalls and won each one. There is also a fair deal of opposition co-governing. The elctions are also moderated unless I'm wrong. It's not quite like an election in Mexico... (or florida)

And what you say is merely speculation in the face of that they may have better facilities to serve him medically in Cuba Occhams razor. He's about as much of a dictator as Obama is.

The people that voted for him would not have access to him, but the high ranking officials in the government that might want him gone would have access to him.

MIAMI – Oliver Gaviria was driving along a highway in Caracas when two men dressed in black pulled up alongside him on motorcycles and told him to stop the car. One held a gun to his temple and they threatened to kill him, saying he was a traitor to President Hugo Chavez's government.
Gaviria never thought of himself as an influential adversary of Chavez, and he certainly did not expect to be singled out as enemy of the state. After all, he ran a business that organized parties for government officials including some powerful allies of Chavez.
