Like a 26 round belt for zeroing, yeah. The range cadre' just brake open a drum, count links and brake them off. I lay my poncho down to keep the sand off.

There's no way to tell, since the Border Patrol couldn't cross the river to finish off any wounded.
 
I was in Nogales, Sonora a month ago. Nothing shaking. We still drive down to Puerto Peñasco a couple of times a year. All y'all sleep with the light on at night? Get a grip.

no, but I only shot SAW to qual - I was an 0351, so the MK151 SMAW was my secondary weapon and the '16 was my primary.

we were told we rated M4's because of the extra weight.... but noooooo the SNCO's had to make sure it was a rank thing who got the carbines....... :roll:

I hear that the SOF community has been experimenting with 6.68 caliber M4's. a higher caliber that doesn't carry the weight and size of the 7.62 bears looking into.

Everyone in my company has an M4. It seems the M9 is the new item for E-6+
 
yes, but that's because you are Army. Marines, the M4's are generally for ossifers, SNCO's, and the first squad leader.


remember, the Air Force's budget for MWR is larger than the entire Marine Corps budget.
