You mean like the time those nasty white conservatives condemned a Supreme Court nominee because he was accused of rape by a woman who couldn't name the time nor the place of the alleged attack?

Only if you define "serious harm" in terms of numbers, and that may be reducible to the greater number of whites in the population, not as a result of racism per se.
