Theres a dozen different versions of this incident on MSNBC, uploaded by different people who saw it live. The reporter who said the n-word will be fired.

Because this is a political debate forum? Because MSNBC has spent the last four years trying to destroy the president, and punish his supporters? I think you guys need to start realizing what it is that MSNBC is working towards.

That's just low down and insulting. Where do you get this idea from? I'm not cheering on what the reporter said, or lying about it being 'photoshopped' like these other geniuses here. I'm merely presenting what happened for discussion.

She won't be missed by me, that's for sure. I hated her style. She had the same style as a female reporter on the Fox channel, Ellison Barber. They both speak the news as though they were in 1950, very dramatic.

Since the reporter in question is indeed from New York, she could have been in the habit of referring to their NBA team as "Knickers", as the local fans also do. Still there might have been some audio manipulation; no credible news outlet has validated this story yet.

The old school local New york term was "Knickerbockers"

Today it's just the "Knicks"

I listened to it again, it does sound like she started to say Knicks or Knickers, then switched mid-word to Lakers. Still can't believe the OP gets his rocks off posting something like this, racism is alive and well unfortunately.

You couldn't wait to fetch it to our door or establish the veracity of your "source". Your past behaviour counts against your claim of purity. Unless it's racial purity.
