CNN’s hatred of Sanders becomes vicious

CNN does not "hate" Sanders.

Be mindful, guys, of the politics around the issue.

Sanders has less than a 1 to 5 chance for the nomination because the Dem voters want 'normalcy' instead of Bigly Babble or the left wing of the Dems.
 
Maybe CNN hates Bernie Bros like the rest of us.

Well, in sticking with this thread, I think CNN is still trying to tip the scale for Biden. I think are they just protecting Warren as the VP pick.

But if any woman wants to be Joe Biden's running mate I would suggest they start using kids shampoo... just sayin'
 
Vermonters know well that it’s preposterous that Sanders would think that a woman can’t be President. I don’t know what happened in that meeting between Sanders and Warren, but his comment was invented at worst and mischaracterized at best. And this is coming from somebody whose first choice isn’t Bernie Sanders.

Just the same, this is a little soap opera that will pass, and it will be forgotten entirely when Trump nearly starts a war with France next week or something.

Actually, it was very clear when Warren answered that she was saying that Sanders was lying without directly going there.

I don't think it's a big deal that Sanders said that in a private conversation. He wasn't saying that a woman couldn't be president, but that a woman might not be able to win right now, which is not a controversial thought at all, frankly.

The problem is that Sanders has declared war on Warrens campaign behind the scenes, when Warrens campaign has refused to take any shots at him, and that will divert each sides supporters towards other candidates when it becomes clear they will be unable to win.

I still think Biden is nothing more than a placeholder. The more this plays out, I can’t help but think the party is leaning now more towards Bloomberg. He’s rich, more moderate than the commit rat socialist whack jobs running, PLUS he is rabidly Anti-Gun. The DNC can work with that.

Regarding your first sentence, I know. The first thing I said to the wife during Warren's answer was, "Whoah, she just accused him of lying."

I don't know what little soap opera has been going on behind the scenes, but I'm not going to get too worked up about it.

Biden is +21 over Bloomberg.. I'm not sure how they expect to push Sanders, Warren and Biden out of the way without pissing off their base.

Though I'm sure that they've always run some degree of propaganda, I doubt whether they've done so with the same frequency and brazenness as now except during wartime (and even then I'm not so sure; they were plenty critical during say the Vietnam War).

That's why the "liberal media" narrative from the right is complete garbage. CNN, like most new networks, are own by rich people. THey don't want Bernie as a candidate, because they are greedy, selfish pricks. That's why they pushed Hillary and now pushing Biden.

I think there is some truth to that but I think the reason is simply that CNN is the mouthpiece for the DNC and Bernie is considered an outsider.

Biden will run out of steam. Obama doesn’t support him...eventually that message will become loud and clear. And Bloomberg is really just getting started and has lots of cash.

‘Everyone else’ being Warren...

Umm... yeah. There were two people in the conversation. What part of one of them is lying don’t you understand? Bernie tried to draft Warren for president in 2015. He was championing women’s rights when Warren was still a Republican. You’d have to be nuts to believe Warren’s attack.
