ABC News Slaughter in Syria footage appears to come from a Kentucky gun range

It was a mistake to include video in a news broadcast that they couldn't vouch for, or at the very least provide sourcing for content that they had not personally verified. THat is actually what journalists are supposed to do.

In this case, as the smoke clears, it appears that all ABC News needed to do was say that the video in question was posted by a Turkish politician...

Fox News has not illegally attempted to influence the elections and commit voter fraud by repeatedly telling people the polls were closed, even after they were informed the polls were still open. You are concerned about imaginary Russians. I'm concerned about the very real and illegal activities of the anti-American leftists in the media. They can lie all they like, but when it comes to subverting democracy through illegal acts, that is where I draw the line and that is what makes ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, and CNN the enemy of the people. When Fox News attempts to commit the same crimes against the people by subverting democracy and illegally influencing elections, then I will lump them into the same criminal category as the rest of the anti-American leftist media, but not until then.

By the way, when CNN first went on the air in 1980 they invented a new word to describe their format - infotainment. They were never intended to be "News You Can Trust" and they still aren't. Now CNN is nothing more than the propaganda arm of the Democratic Party.

For your edification, I haven't gotten broadcast or cable TV since 2003 after I canceled my satellite subscription.

It was certainly no mistake. ABC was intent to make it appear as if the Turks were slaughtering the Khurds in an attempt to shame Trump for his decision to pull out of Syria. This was a deliberate and intentional act on the part of ABC.

You leave out fox news from that equation because it appeals to your bias and yes they did prematurely call the polls in the very state you are whinging about. You cant whatabout your way out of this.

My local news station in Sacramento frequently posts the wrong video with a story. The ABC scandal could simply be a case of an inexperienced staffer making the wrong choice.

I believe their story was about pick up trucks with the tank behind the drivers seat.

I don't think they had anything to do with the Pinto, which was an actual proven case against Ford.

Actually, the manufactured story about blowing up Chevy pick-up trucks came from Dateline NBC on November 17, 1992.
