I'll agree that this is ridiculous on one condition: we must also agree that Chris Matthew's "thrill up his leg" is equally ridiculous.

A difference between me and Trump cultists is that I don't think either one is okay. Both very bad. Both dangerous. And the current danger is the Trump cult.

If not a Trump cult, it will be a Warren cult (or similar) down the road as long as we accept political propaganda as "news".

(a) You mean what Mrs. Obama says she and President Obama tried to teach their daughters? "When someone is cruel or acts like a bully, you don’t stoop to their level. No, our motto is, when they go low, we go high." That's still good advice. Wish our current president and his supporters appreciated it.

(b) In general, what Mrs. Obama says has nothing to do with my beliefs. I am not a fan of the Obamas. But that is still good advice.

(c) Your implication seems to be that the "high" road would be to let the Trump cult keep going without us doing everything we can to resist and repair the damage they are doing to the country. Obviously I disagree with that.

Not at all. The way to correct the mistakes of this current Administration is to elect someone else the next time around. Do you not recall Obama, himself, saying that "elections have consequences"? But I assure you that most independents aren't going to vote for the current Democratic crop of candidates if all they have going for them is how bad Trump is. We already know impeachment is a no-show.
