Former White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders will become a contributor for Fox News.

I wonder if her imaginary friends in the FBI will be among her guests.

Sanders will make her debut on Fox & Friends during its next live audience show on September 6.

“Fox News has been the number one news organization in the country for 17 years running and I am beyond proud to join their incredible stable of on-air contributors in providing political insights and analysis," Sanders said, according to a Fox News press release.

Just going off the rail here, but why is there a replacement for Sarah as press secretary? Seems it is not needed. I don’t know what the new press secretary looks like. Seems like a waste of a position to me.

She doesn't that shallow, vapid, worthless rejoinder.

But then that's liberals, value women, unless they are conservative, then let the personal remarks fly.

Wont the liberals just leave her alooooone! *sniff sniff*

If this doesnt show why nobody should take dancing with the stars seriously, i dont know what will.

Does anyone take Dancing with the Stars seriously? Bristol Palin was dreadful, but got votes every week from her "fans". Sean will probably do the same. I'm gonna guess that he will be a better dancer than Rick Perry.

She is almost as elusive as Melania. They're good friends.

Joe Lockhart the former press secretary during Bill Clinton's presidency is a CNN contributor today.
Robert Gibbs the former press secretary during the Obama administration is now a contributor for NBC and MSNBC
James Clapper was nominated by Obama to be Director of National Intelligence and is now a contributor at CNN.
John Brennan former CIA director under Obama and prior to that He served as chief counterterrorism advisor to U.S. President Barack Obama, with the title Deputy National Security Advisor for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism, and Assistant to the President. And prior to that he was an advisor to Obama on foreign policy and intelligence issues during the 2008 election campaign and presidential transition. And now he has a gig on MSNBC as a contributor.

So why the problem with Sanders accepting a role of contributor on FOX? Don't care for her? Don't watch!

Is she going to share her recipes for pecan pies?

That is totally different than CNN hiring Jim Carney or Jen Psaki - look it up.

The list of political operatives getting news jobs is a long one. they don't count when they are Democrats, though, apparently.

Brian Stelter went on a rant about Sanders yesterday, oblivious to, apparently, the relationship CNN has with John Brennan...

I mean, ABC hired George Stephanopoulos to anchor their news when his only claim to fame was being a campaign director for Bill Clinton.

Figures the usual suspects are popping their monocles like this is the first time ever.

History always started yesterday for that crowd.

But but democrats nyaaaaaaaaa! That is literally every single post you make. Stay on the topic.

Criticize her about her job? Perfectly okay.

But when you go into looks and just be demeaning, that's over the line. Its undeserved.

Maybe Fox can turn the frump queen into a glamor puss.

I thought it was against PC rules to attack women on their looks? You seem to be wandering off the Democrat plantation with remarks like that......

Predicted this ages ago. Sanders has no job prospects outside of her circle. She will never be hired by a corporation to be their voice. She got the job at FOX thanks to her father, just like that press secretary job.

It's sad.

Sent from the Matrioshka in the WH Christmas tree.

The topic the democrat sycophants bitching about Sarah Sanders getting a job. The only logical response is to point out to these people that it happens all the time on both sides and they look stupid pretending this is somehow peculiar or unacceptable.

Get over yourselves is what I'm saying.

I wonder how much lying for the president on Fox News pays vs. when she was lying for the president when she worked for him?

That's about as cerebral as that show gets, when they aren't mooning over Donald Trump. It's a housewife show, not a show for serious people who want to keep up with political news.

I don't know either. She stopped doing pressers because she was tired of lying to the press apparently, and her replacement hasn't done anything either. Unprecedented move by this administration as every other administration in the television and radio eras did daily briefings. That was why our founding fathers gave the press freedom and envisioned access to the Executive Branch.

Fixed that for you.

Democrats in the media treated her terrible for no other reason than she worked for Trump. Bunch of classless bozo's who couldn't report news if it hit em in the face. They have what they want now, full access to the President on a regular basis. Every time he heads for Marine I he gives them 30-45 minutes of questioning time.

Democrats treated her "terrible" because she was proven to be a liar. I suggest you Google her testimony to Mueller where she admitted she lied about her contact with the FBI and countless people in the FBI telling her that they wanted Trump to fire Comey.

Facts seem difficult for you to grasp and understand.

And thank goodness for the media reporting her lie to all of us so we knew that the WH Press Secretary could not be trusted.

Because the Left wants the universe to punish ANYONE who works for Trump.

Can you post a link to the people here or on another site, news or otherwise, who are "acting like this is the first time ever"?

This is the "In The News" section of this board. This was in the news yesterday. Who here or anywhere else is saying "history started yesterday". In my 7 years on this board, I have seen threads about many Press Secretaries and what they do when they leave the WH, just as I have seen threads about Media personalities joining different administrations. It looks like you are the only one who has never seen those threads before.

What does any of that have to do with the news yesterday that former Press Secretary Sarah Sanders accepted a job with Fox and Friends?

This topic is about her, not them. Please focus and don't go off topic.

They act like it is new because they decide to start bitching about it now and using arguments that should apply across the board but they mysteriously don't do it.

Waiting for the Chuck Todd and George Stephanopolous threads by any of you folks before I take you seriously.

Now let's be fair, Stephanopoulos also elevated the "bimbo eruption" and attacking any woman who accused Bill Clinton of having an affair with her to an art form.
I mean, the guy was a real trail blazer:roll:

Why bother? It was all lies.

I like how some in the media say Trump gives greater access to the press than past presidents...its all lies.
