I like Bill, but he's definitely not always right. Nowadays, I just kinda chuckle along if I watch, but don't take it too seriously. Once in a while, he'll do a really good piece. I can't access Youtube at work, but he's even had a few decent ones this year.

He's rich and famous, and has been for a long time at this point, of course he's not really jumping for joy to sacrifice anything.

I dont agree with everything he says, but I enjoy his show. He treats people he disagrees with with respect. Even Ann Coulter!

I don't think there's currently quite anybody else who I agree with more on the national political scene than Bill Maher. I wouldn't vote for him for President, but, I tend to agree with mostly everything he says.

Maher is a moderate liberal. He's more right on some policies than most normal liberals, and it seems his biggest issue with the left, as well as the current majority of the democratic candidates. Is the constant stream of purity test squealing that seems to be coming from the most vocal of the left in general.

He's just fed up with the same idiocy, that a vast majority of what the rest of the voter base is fed up with.
 
Who gives a damn what anyone thinks of Bill Maher, Sean Hannity, or Tucker Carlson? That's why televisions come with a remote control. You can select what you want to see or not.

That is not how it works HumblePi. So long as you know that there is someone in popular media who expounds opinions that you disagree with, you should not find peace or comfort. Everyone must agree with you, reflecting your beliefs and preconceptions back at you like a looking glass, or they should just go away. Or be put away. At least that as what I am given to understand what AtlantaAdonis is getting at. :roll:

I agree! It would be nice if more liberals would argue their point in a reasonable fashion as this. There is a reason you agree with much of what he say's. There is a reason that those who speak liberal whackadoo simply can't be taken seriously.
