This Great Supercut Video Exposes The Fox News Double-Standard On Trump And Obama

A new supercut video shows Fox News hosts slamming former President Barack Obama for the same actions that they either ignore or praise when it comes to President Donald Trump.

The footage, assembled by NowThis News, highlights personalities on the right-wing network attacking the former president for golfing, tweeting, executive actions, criticising the press and being "almost obsessed with cable TV," among other things. However, the footage was edited to remove Obama's name - and with that context excised, most of the commentary could just as easily refer to Trump:

The same "video evidence" would show support for building a "border wall" under Obama yet that became a racist and xenophobic "border wall" when Trump advocated building (more of) it.

I'm not avoiding any facts. FOX News is by far the most biased of all the MSM sources.

It shouldn't make you that angry that greg pointed out the record-setting hypocrisy of Fox News. However, I can understand why you might be angry at feeling a compulsion to defend the indefensible at all times.

I would probably be angry at myself as well, if I was constantly running my mouth about how "left wing" media is biased when the media to which I was beholden is ten times worse on every metric. But with the way I'm built, my response would to be to engage in some honest introspection. I would ask myself "what is this psychological compulsion I feel to lie in defense of what I see as my "side" and then (metaphorically) cough over my lie by attacking people in anger?"

I would.....stop doing that.



But there you are, throwing asterix-bombs at greg for pointing out the overwhelming hypocrisy of your favorite news source.

Fox News is no longer just right of center. It's well known for being one of the most biased of what are considered to be mainstream media sources. Lately, there is a good argument for considering it to be largely fake news and propaganda.

I did watch it. Fox News is one of the most biased news sources that are considered mainstream media. They are far from the most biased period. There are plenty of left wing and right wing news sources that are more biased and less trustworthy than Fox News. This doesn't change the fact that when it comes to the mainstream media, Fox News is the most biased and least credible. It is more right biased than CNN is left biased, and shares more fake news stories than CNN does. The video showcases just how biased Fox News is: To argue against things that Trump did during his campaign and to defend those same things during his presidency is nothing more than naked partisanship and exposes just how far Fox News' bias has drifted in the past couple of years.

Nonsense. I could collect together a video of conservative commentary and talking points on CNN that would be hours long. In no way does that make CNN a conservative news outfit, correct?
