What an IDIOT! Dobbs should know from CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC and CBS you NEVER EVER admit saying anything that is false. Rather, he should have doubled down declaring Trump as a 65% approval rating - having 2 or 3 guests who rant the same thing.

What kind of commentator is he thinking he is supposed to tell the truth? His kind were made extinct with the super rich corporate take over of all media and press outlets.

Trump believes that leaves out the vast majority of his base. Which is undoubtedly why his tweet was up so long, he doesn't think many of his followers will catch on.

And let's face it, based on results, Trump knows his base.

This wasn't addressed to me, but the answer is so obvious...

That so long as Trump keeps doing what he's been doing, he is going to maintain his base. And what he's primarily been doing whenever he wants to excite his base, or have them distracted from his latest faux pas, is make racist attacks on brown and black skinned people.

And based on results, it is undeniable that Trump knows his base.

Propagandists, like SHS, are careful not to lie in ways that can be easily disproved.

There is the Big Lie technique. Where you tell a lie so big nobody would believe you had the balls to tell it so it must be true, then have it repeated by others who on the surface appear to be "independent" of the original liar bit are actually in on it.

When are the corrections coming for the polls that said Hillary would win, and for 2 years of fake collusion stories.

Fox is the only fair and balanced news on the air. The fact that they would actually REPORT a correction shows that they are the only honest ones too.

You're asking for retroactive "corrections" of what their predictions were?

I have to say that right thinking people are truly in fear of democrats in the event they take power. The police killings under Obama, may easily become the “crime de jure” against conservatives. Don’t say it won’t happen, I never thought I’d see police executed in their squad cars eating lunch, either.

Give credit where it's due. They corrected it, and that's what they're supposed to do. So long as the correction occurred in a relatively timely manner (I don't know if the network/program did), there's not much to gripe about. News outlets make mistakes, and it's their burden to own and correct them in a timely manner.


ETA:
It's important to note when the mistake is the network's and when it's one of the contract commentators' (people pulled in for commentary, but whose main job isn't as a network employee) mistakes. The network isn't bound to correct for their contracted commentators' mistakes, save for the most egregious ones. On credible and rigorously produced journalism programs, the program anchor will utter an immediate correction if s/he's aware of a mistake, but that's about it.
