Matthew Yglesias at Vox is accidentally candid....

You don’t understand Yglesias ironic tweets.

Why am I not surprised?

LOL. You had time, I think you could have concocted a better excuse...

Just read the words in the tweet. He's not giving a 'hurrah' for the messaging. In fact, he's pointing out the messaging by unknown and unnamed progressive groups pushing an unknown message was a supposed falsehood...

It’s a complicated tweet with lots of subtext.

No really in his wheelhouse.

Why is he "slime" for pointing something out.

To assume that he's innocently 'pointing something out' requires me to give him the benefit of the doubt, something that I might have done if I didn't know who he was already. I do. And Iraq war cheerleaders who grifted their way into cozy media enclaves after years of heinous lizard-brained takes don't deserve any benefit of the doubt.

How is he failing that by pointing out that the clear majority did get tax cuts?

By downplaying the extent and downplaying the benefits for the purpose of optics and politics.

HAHAHAH!! He thinks they should take credit for the good job they did on the lie... but the isn't giving a "hurrah for messaging"?

Don't shove any harder or you might never get your head out.

Yglesias proves for the nth time that he's a quivering pile of human slime.

Who just sold the big tax lie down the river.

I mean, it is weird that he would think there is nothing wrong with what he is saying.

"Big props to the Democrats for those lies!"

Nobody is surprised that the democrats and the progressives and its media spread misinformation all the time. This time they just admitted it. Only thing new is they admitted it.

glanced at some of his info, seems to be a Harvard wash out blogger with a need for attention. Other than that....?
Why do some people think they are so important, and why do others listen to them?

Hmmm..."heinous lizard-brained"

It amazes me how easily the left will toss their own under the bus.
What did Lefties think? That all these lies and all the hatred was just gonna be swallowed because...you screech loud?

The tax-lie is over. Time for all good little Libbies to find another big lie to try to get away with.

Over your head is it?
No surprise. Please do carry on with the sky-screaming and virtue-signalling.
I always enjoy watching people lie knowingly and then try to justify or deny what's plain as day.

No, I think you just have poor reading comprehension, as I'm not a liberal at all, and I never claimed anything about Trump's tax plan. But if you want to keep ranting at nobody, feel free.

The guy exposed the lies about the tax cuts. You called him what again?
Oh ya..."heinous lizard-brained".
Bye.

Lol, he didn't 'expose the lie', he congratulated his political allies (Yglesias is a liberal, he runs one of the biggest liberal news sites out there) on successfully lying about it. :screwy

I called his articles about the Iraq war heinously lizard-brained, because they were.
