Fox News Plans Caravan Propaganda through the Midterms.

It's not even been 24 hours yet since the Fox News machine got on this caravan crap and they've already gotten multiple things wrong about it which are highlighted in this OP. So yeah, propaganda.

Trump is President. Isn't he the God Emperor of the United States that will fix all our problems or are the minority Democrats in the Senate just that terrible that they are somehow going to screw it up for him?

I'm glad Fox is informing me or I wouldn't have known that those caravans are an annually organized event by Pueblo Sin Fronteras. Last year we had 2 caravans, this year we had/have 2 caravans. The only time we heard about a migrant caravan under Obama was the fake unaccompanied minors caravan.

In addition to having masses of people officially guided and bussed to the US border on a regular basis, we also have thousands who cross the border illegally on a monthly basis.

Here is an article from the NYT from April 2018, whining that Fox had mentioned the caravan that arrived in that month:

"... Such mass migrations have become an annual rite, usually around Easter week, with the size of the group providing protection against the criminals who lurk along the path and helping to draw public attention to their plight.

This year’s group, which numbered upward of 1,200 in the journey’s early stages, was perhaps the largest on record. Still, like all the caravans that have come before, this one might easily have gone unnoticed had it not ended up on “Fox & Friends,” a favorite television show of President Trump. ..."

I think anger and frustration is the operative emotion here, not fear and if you want to blame someone for this having a detrimental impact on the Democrats, look no further than the far Left politicians and activist

As it turns out, their plan to abolish ICE never had a popular appeal among the sane and sober demographic.

The Democrats who weren't preaching far Left talking points kept their mouths shut when they probably should been telling the Occassio's of the Party to shut it the hell up.
It made it look like the entire party was on board and now its really too late to back out of it and save face.

If they just bust through our border. Trump fails on his signature issues. Strong borders and strong immigration laws. Hype it up now righties. You know this isn't going to end well for you.

I think it's funny watching the Dems be in this position. They know Waters, Pelosi and Occasio-Cortez are train wrecks, but what are they going to do? Tell the #metoo ladies to shut up and go away?

So they are angry at people they never met? I think they are afraid that the people coming across the border are dangerous criminals or even terrorists as Trump claims.

One could assume that Native Americans experienced similar predictions of doom with no way to control immigration - were they wrong too?

Yea, the talking point that these are just good, poverty stricken people that want better lives for themselves and their families stopped working the moment migrants desicrated and burned a American flag with a Swastika drawn on it.
It doesn't really work anymore, but better luck next time

How many migrants are marching towards the US border with the intention of violating US sovereignty and immigration laws ?
The flag burning is actually minor in comparison but it does reveal the existence of a underlying anti-American sentiment.
As if thousands of migrants heading towards the US border didn't do that already.

Power (the capability to use force?) still requires the will power to actually use it. Can you explain why the most powerful (and, by far, the most expansive) military on the planet has not managed to defeat an enemy with no naval power, no air power and a rag tag, at best, army in Afghanistan in almost two decades?

I never stated (or meant to imply) that Native Americans had the ability to secure their vast borders by force. My point was that uninvited guests often do not show proper respect for the wishes of their hosts.
