More than 125 newspapers will publish editorials on Aug. 16 to counter president Trump's characterization of the press as the "enemy of the people" and highlight the threat that his "fake news" rant poses to the First Amendment.

Marjorie Pitchard, deputy manager of the Boston Globe’s editorial page, organized the campaign.

Each paper will publish its own editorial to generate different aspects of the anti-press threat.

Very simple. He's convinced a whole lot of people that there exists a left wing bias in most of the media. Not that smart people didn't know that already, but he's taken it to a new level.
This will only server to confirm that.

Of course, it will be wildly applauded by the virtue signaling crowd inside the bubble, but not outside.

Are they going to report the truth for one day, that’s a start, tell the full truth for a change and Trumpsters will stop calling them fake news.

The media does 24/7 hate on Trump anyway, 90% negative reporting. Are you with me so far.
