Hannity sarcastically advises witnesses to smash evidence

$50 says they sext each other pictures of themselves in their undies. Sean is his Brooks Brother boxers, and the Donald in his tighty whities.

Glad I had a very light breakfast this morning or they would be a major clean up in aisle 5.

Hannity should be arrested today and prosecuted for his crime.

The ideat that he claims to be a vitriolic smartass can be brought up in court as his defense and it will be up to a jury to decide that matter.

Did I miss something? What crime?

Yes you did miss something - intentionally on purpose by political design. But then, you knew that before you posted.

I honestly have no idea what you're talking about. I don't like Hannity or watch him. What crime did Hannity commit?

Yeah, round him up and hang his dirty conservative ass!

IF what he did was illegal, then yes he should be charged, or do you believe some are above the Law, oh wait I remembered to whom I am speaking .... nevermind.

"IF"? You said it WAS illegal. Which is it?

Well, no he didn't. Here is the full context:

Notice the bolded part that these stories are leaving out? He is making the point that the Hillary camp was allowed to destroy their phones during the FBI investigation into her private email server, and that those subject to the Mueller investigation would not be given the same benefit. See his point? It is actually the opposite point from the one that the press is running with... imagine that!

Of course that's true.
And of course the media handled it the way that has become their custom in this highly partisan climate.
Extract sentences and misrepresent what was said.
What makes it worse is that I'd bet everyone joining in the chorus knows it too but they keep singing anyway.

Oh. I thought you were talking about something else. I should've know that you were down the rabbit hole with Casper.

Again, sarcastically telling someone to do something illegal isn't illegal.

Sarcastically? Thats the excuse? As in the all purpose Trump excuse... I was just kidding when I invited the Russians into the election to help me win? That kind of sarcasm?

It was sarcastic, haymarket. Do you not know how to detect it?

So the question is -- if it was sarcastic, is it illegal?

It'd be nice if they weren't tone deaf and had some notion of relative pitch, though.

Sorry Josie but that ace up the sleeve is played out and no longer works. Every time Trump lets his smart mouth overload his brain, the excuse he was only being sarcastic or the old "I WAS ONLY JOKING. Here are just some of the examples where that tale excuse has been played:

So Trump was "just joking" about killing people in broad daylight and it not hurting his popularity?

And Trump was "just joking " when he invited the Russians into the election to help him and then they did just that?

And Trump was "just joking" about grabbing women by the vagina and how he could not help himself from doing it?

And Trump was "just joking" about peeping in on minors half undressed at beauty pageants because he had the power to do it since it was his pageant?

And Trump was "just joking" about punching protesters at his rallies and having them carried out on stretchers like the old days?

And Trump was "just joking" about congressmen being guilty of treason for not clapping loud enough reminiscent of the Soviet Union or Nazi Germany?

And Trump was “just joking” when he said that police should rough up arrested suspects instead of respecting their constitutional rights?

And Trump was “just joking: when he said he challenged Sec of State Rex Tillerson to an IQ test to show he was smarter?

And Trump was “just joking” he accused Obama of being a founder of ISIS?

And Trump was “just joking” when he suggested a SecondAmendment solution to dealing with Hillary Clinton?

And Trump was “just joking” when he explained the Japanese bowling ball test for car hoods?

The guy seems to be one living breathing joke - and a bad one at that. Sadly, that is a joke on the American people.

It works NOT for Hannity either.

We're not talking about Trump, haymarket. I can't help you if you can't detect sarcasm.

We are talking about far right wing assholes who say irresponsibly stupid crap and then when their ass gets caught in the door, they lamely try to pretend it was just a joke.

That applies to Trump and Hannity and it applies to Hannity trying to wipe Trumps sorry ass engaged in a criminal conspiracy to make sure he does not receive justice.

It fails grandly.

Figure it out for yourself, but I would suggest to get some help finding out if sarcasm is a legal excuse. Thing is we all know you are not interested, trolling is far more entertaining eh....
You are Dismissed

You don't need an "excuse" for something which isn't illegal.

Sarcastically suggesting someone commit a crime isn't.

In fact, merely suggesting someone commit a crime isn't, either. Nor is "telling" someone to do so.

At best, you might have a situation where there's incitement, but for that, the actual result needs to be both imminent and likely. It must also be intentional. Sarcasm is most definitely a defense.

No prosecutor would even consider doing anything on this set of facts.

Your basis for all that stuff is what?

You and your little "like" minions are following a line that is ridiculously false. Who has ever been charged with a crime for sarcastically suggesting anyone do anything illegal? If that was a law, we'd all be fined or in jail. The only reason you believe this, although, I'm not convinced you actually do believe the tripe you're spouting, is because it's about someone who loves Trump. Hell, if you were in charge, you'd probably make that illegal too.

Can he prove he wasn't serious? He's not know for being intentionally funny.

Seems my pointing out the fact that telling others to commit a crime just might be wrong triggers you in some way. Probably best you ignore my posts from here on out, and I will be sure and do the same with yours.
So as I said, you are Dismissed.
Good Luck and Goodbye, Girl.

The actual law.

So if I sarcastically suggest you kill the Secretary of State, I won't get in trouble. If I sarcastically suggest you take a gun and go down to the local grammar school and shoot a classroom of 1st graders, I won't get in trouble. So if I sarcastically suggest that someone carry a bomb on his plane, I won't get in trouble.

Is that about right?
