A very short clip, with a huge message. I thought I had fallen into a DP thread with 5 of the locals.

The woman's concerns are anecdotal, but no one is interested in proving her wrong so it's pretty hard to call her crazy, and CNN certainly doesn't have the market cornered on proof one way or the other. Only California can do that.
It's literally impossible to prove someone wrong when they believe in fantasies stemming from racist fantasies.
Yes. Call everyone a racist. The default argument for everything they can's understand.
California as far as I know has the tools to prevent illegal voting by preventing illegals for registering. After they register they can vote even if they spoofed the system. Having said hat, I asked one of Alex Padilla's staffers last quarter at a business round table meeting to publish a paper or get out on talk shows and settle the issue once and for all. He told me "not a chance".
Go figure. I don't know why politicians let disinformation fester when it is not necessary.

Last time I voted in California they asked my name and address. Period. No ID.
And as I looked down on the voting roles I could have picked any name not already marked as voted.

It is easy to spoof the system.

If this were widely done do you not think there would be an outcry from all those citizens who found someone had voted in their place? I certainly would cause a commotion if I was told I had already voted.
Just a rational thought for a moment....weigh the penalties for being found voting illegally vs. the benefit of casting ONE vote in a national election, and then hypothesize about the scale of illegal voting.
Now actual voter fraud...like culling the registration rolls (Florida, etc), or delivering malfunctioning machines to high population districts causing lines that go 4 or 5 hours (many urban areas)...that doesn't seem to bother the people who spend time complaining about illegalities at the polls.
How about when you registered. We’re you truthful? They take the information on your registration and check your address. But the “I certify I am a citizen” was weakened by Obama’s to require proof of intent.
Actual voting numbers were in the 20-30% rate. Go late in the day the chances of being found out are pretty much nill.
Could you please indicate how many people you believe are willing to risk the penalty of being caught for the "extreme" advantage of casting ONE vote in a national election? This is just plain silly. I understand you think it is easy to do, but do you have any proof at all that it is done?
If you get mailed an absentee ballot, you throw it away when someone picks it up with 500 others and fills it out. No you didn’t do it, you threw it away.
The bottom line is like the census fight no one knows how many illegals there are, and if you know you might start wondering about vote totals. The last thing California wants is for it’s citizens to know how many illegals are in the state.

It can be done. That is the point I make. Can be.
I never heard the narrative about 3 million...she's crazy! I'm positive that cnn went through vetting to find crazy people.
And it is possible to rob a cash register. Both have penalties. The cash register might have a bigger profit motive.
Trump has claimed that 3 million people did this. Do you find that credible?

Gina Rodriguez: Many of the millennials, Dreamers, undocumented citizens - and I call them citizens because they contribute to this country - are fearful of voting. So if I vote, will immigration know where I live? Will they come for my family and deport us?
Obama: Not true. And the reason is, first of all, when you vote, you are a citizen yourself and there is not a situation where the voting rolls somehow are transferred over and people start investigating, etc. The sanctity of the vote is strictly confidential in terms of who you voted for. If you have a family member who maybe is undocumented, then you have and even greater reason to vote.
