NYT Stands By Haberman (with one B)

In a federal investigation, they are fair game if the intention can be said to have been crafted for the purposes of interfering in an investigation.

Over the last year or so, the New York Times and Haberman herself, have been attacked by liberals for creating profile stories on:

1) Trump voters

2) White nationalists

3) Populist conservatism

Haberman then has been frequently attacked by liberals for not punching back or at the President (or being too friendly with him) while interviewing him or writing her stories, and liberals are essentially blaming it all on the supposed “complicity” of “access journalism” in the Trump era. Haberman’s style does critique the President, but in ways that show how the President thinks and acts. That’s been her primary goal: showing how the President thinks and acts.

For a lot of liberals, that’s not enough, and her employer is “complicit.”

The NYT is simply another USA corporate rag. It supports and has supported since forever, US war crimes and terrorism around the world. Saying you can get accurate information from US media is like saying you can get accurate information from Joseph Goebbels. Actually, he probably told the truth more often than the US does.
