Readership of alt-right news site Breitbart has plummeted since former chairman Steve Bannon was ousted in January following his fall-out with Donald Trump for critical remarks that he made about Team Trump in Michael Wolff’s book, “Fire and Fury.”

Politico reports today that the number of unique visitors to Brietbart plunged from 15M in October to 7.8M in February. The loss of Bannon, according to Politico, stripped Breitbart of its identity. A re-energized Fox News, which shifted from Trump skeptic to true believer, also contributed to Brietbart's woes.

I was counting on Bannon to help flip both houses of congress with his primary challenges from the right. It was a disappointment to see him go. Democrats need all the help they can get.:doh

One can only hope the fall in enthusiasm towards Breitbart, follows through in a fall of enthusiasm for voters coming-out for Trump & the GOP.

Trump supporters and GOP voters won’t flinch over Has-been Bannon and the Radical Right Breitbart, both of which are specks of **** in history, and the least of the problems we face in this nation.

We have a seriously dysfunctional House of Representatives on both sides of the isle. We have a seriously dysfunctional Senate on both sides of the isle. We have Supreme Court Justices who are talking heads for political philosophical factions, and the Constitution is turning into toilet paper. And last, but far from least, a self-will-run-riot President who has turned the Executive Branch into a giant clown car.

We are a Republic form of government in which the governors govern with the consent of We The People. And our ****ed Up dysfunctional government is a direct reflection of the failures of We The People. Or perhaps government has been clever enough to successfully dumb down to citizens over decades to the extent that the majority can’t recognize their loss of control of their roles in our government. Either way - I opine that the outlook for America’s future is grim.

PS: Thank you President Trump. It was just announced that the stock market dropped over 723 points because of the China Tariffs. Great work Mr. President!
