"Trump.news"

But you will NEVER get him in front of a grand jury while he is president

At some point, Mueller will subpoena, and Trump's lawyers will probably say no, and after the issue is dragged in front of SCOTUS, he will finally forced to testify before the FBI, or face threat of grand jury.

More likely direct questioning by FBI with lawyer present. It's coming, it's just a matter of time.

and he will tell the grand jury to go pound sand....

he wont testify where he will be faced with the prospect of process charges....

Mueller may make his case without it....but there wont be clintonesque type charges

Really? If he did, I should think that would pretty much seal an air tight indictment for obstruction of justice, which, of course,
would be challenged by his lawyers, and it would go to SCOTUS, and there is one repub judge on that bench that is liberal
enough to abide by "no man is above the law", if not all of them. I doubt even Gorsuch would defy that basic concept
in American jurisprudence, but I'm not a lawyer, so, I defer to any lawyer in the peanut gallery who knows about these things.

As I have posted on other threads, you CANT force a man to testify against himself.....especially when that man is the president

He has a lot of power, including but not limited to executive powers which can allow him ignore subpoenas

Because of that, it is my opinion, and will be until he actually proves me wrong, that he will NEVER testify in a setting where a process charge could be forthcoming

Mueller could still indict him, but he will have to do so without Trump helping him
