Don Jr Tries to Discredit Kids

When has the son of a democratic president tried to smear children with conspiracy theories?

The trouble for you is that I know that "tried to smear children with conspiracy theories" might also be "spoke truth", only you cant see that far.

It isn't a lie that these kids are demanding unconstitutional laws be passed.

The Consitution was specifically designed that the will of the people could be heard rather than being set in stone for eternity. If enough people are convinced, the constitution changes---and the way you lot have treated these kids has not won you any support.

Except it is very clearly not "spoken truth". The truth is not subjective; you can't claim that a conspiracy theory "might be true because you can't see that far" when you have no evidence

Are you really sure you wanna talk about the deplorable positions the left has taken throughout their history?

9.99999 times out of 10 conspiracy theories, like this one, are pure bull****, and people don't want to talk about them because they don't want to waste their time on nonsense.

Who is saying that? And what laws are they demanding be passed? Please list in detail.

If they don't have real solutions that go beyond 'do something' what do they offer other than emotion?

You mean like the Conspiracy theory that Trump conspired with the Russians to steal the election from the succession heir, her highness HRC?

Gee, did they ever commit treason en masse and murder thousands of American servicemen like the right did?

So sad, too bad, but once you step into the public eye with your political opinions, you open up yourself to being criticized. If he is adult to think his opinions are worthy of consideration than he is also adult enough to handle the push back it receives. No sympathy here.

That goes both ways.

If Don Jr wants to open his big fat mouth and give his absurd, insulting, callous opinion, then he should be man enough to take the backlash.

The national conversation is not a one way street, and free speech does not mean that people are under any obligation to be polite in their responses. If you want to throw stones and stir the pot, don't whine when others give you back what you give them.

No, because US intelligence agencies confirmed that Russia meddled in the election. As I said earlier, the truth is not subjective, and doesn't change just because you really don't like Hilary.

Never.

But then again, the extreme right has no decency at this point. All that matters is "me, myself, and I" in their little worlds.

Considering that the right's entire position consists of shrieking "fascism" over and over and over again.......you don't have room to talk.

Stop telling him facts!

Don't you know that opinions are just as good?

I agree with that sentiment. Don Jr isn't immune frome being criticized for his opinions. What I disagree with is the accusation that he is not allowed to respond to those kids because in light of the tragedy they sadly endured that it makes their opinions and their motives immune to criticism.

Once upon a time.....

The value of facts plummeted when the Intelligentsia failed.

You best get your mind around this.

Ignorance is not appealing.

Like your mind has any grasp about the constitution whatsoever.

Anybody that has argued with you before has seen how out of your depth you are in all the discussions you step into, and nobody really takes you seriously, with the the exception of a troll or two.

So you can keep throwing around references to things you don't really understand all you want, but nobody is buying it on this board at all.

Who has done that? Perhaps you haven't been paying attention, but it is the left that throws the fascism charge around like beads at Mardi Gras. In fact, if it weren't for their constant misuse of the racism charge, fascism would be #1.

But what is really going on here is nothing more than emotional blackmail. These kids have been Knighted with victim status and are, therefore, beyond reproach. We must not criticize but listen intently to what they say--even though they are saying nothing.
